Ample surface parking next to the main gate. Have a large hall within the complex, where you can hold small functions. Lobby is cramped. Room service is atrocious in the night hours, with very few staff on duty. The inhouse restaurant served dodgy food during the breakfast, don't know whether it was one off or is a routine.

everything is OK but toilet kit not provide. food is good, room is specious, staff are cooperative.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).

We had organised a banquet birthday party in sapphire banquet hall. The event organisation is as excellent- thanks to the good service support from Mr Ajeet Shrivastava in planning the event. On the day of event Mr Raj Kumar was present on the ground to support the event well. Overall a very good experience.
