Stay experience ,.. I only booked for one day but was impressed with the service and staff and extended my stay here... I stayed here from 22nd August to 25th August.... I called reception for housekeeping and he came in just 5 minutes... Chicken Masala and Veg thali both were very good. .... It is near Transport Nagar, so because of this a lot of dust blows here and the road is very bad....... My car got very dirty.... Something should also be kept here for the car wash.... Make such arrangements that at least the dust of the car gets off... Rating check in 10/10...No extra money Room hygiene 10/10neat and clean room with beautiful view .... Shahid path ka.. Food quality taste 10/8 morning tea mei ginger bhi use kiya kriye aur bhi achi ho jaiyegi.... Check out 10/10 Parking spaces 10/7 Overall experience 10/9 Proactive staff..... N #couplefriendly...

Let me give you the brief of my experience on each pointLocation :Coming to hotel is a big pain. Cabs and auto cancel knowing the place. It's not a good place to stay with your family or friends. Service and Quality : hotel manager decline the booking initially and when I showed the Booking they said we haven't received any booking in our system. For 45 min we struggle with him. Room which he showed me are bad.Amenities : Ac is there but not working. Tv is there only shows one channel remote is not working. Cleanliness and food : I won't comment on that u can understand.Giving one start is to excessive. I saw the raiting then did the booking. All the waiting are false for it

The location is near to the airport but the area and roads surrounding it is very bad. The OYO itself is shady and I wouldn't recommend families to book it, if you catch the drift. The service was pathetic, calling the reception 100 times also did not get us some plates, we went ourselves and got it from the kitchen. The first day they had problems with the AC. Entire day the hotel had no AC, in the evening, we asked them for checkout options as it was difficult to stay in such situations and miraculously the AC started working in 10mins. Second day, there was no water. We needed 3 rooms, one of the room had no window, the ceiling looked like a haunted house and the smell still lingers if I visualize the room. The staff though providing bad services, was polite.

Overall, avoid this location! Not at all recommended.

There isn't a reason to give it any positive ratings.

Rooms are too dirty, linen isn't the only thing which one expects to be clean, the walls are all damped, tiles are coming off and the walls are dirty with don't know what. On addressing to Property Manager Mohit, he is too vain to accept the reasons but has the audacity to tell you that you have paid online connect with OYO, and that you have not paid to "US" and what he called a small issue, please feel free to check the images and decide for yourself if it is a small issue, the Property manager also told said that he can't get the walls tidy with customers booking in regularly, well, that's their work, I suppose.

But anyways, in my opinion if you wish to get a troublesome booking for your guests for some event, check the rooms yourself and DO NOT RELY on any customer support.

Extremely disappointed with the service of Oyo and hotel staff.
1. Hotel manager and their supporting staff was very rude and arrogant with full of attitude.
Hotel manager first denied to give me room because I have booked my room through full online payment which was less than their normal rates, When i told him that I will make a video and put the same on social media that you are declining to provide a room he said you have to talk with Oyo customer care first and tell them to make the balance payment then we will provide you the room. I did the same and wasted almost 50 minutes and then Oyo paid their balance amount.
After that one of the staff told me that how dare you tried to make our video without our permission i simply told him to raise an complaint against oyo and once again he denied to give room because I tried to expose him by making his video. Afterall they provided a room which was full of dirt and stains on the blanket, towel. Even the pipeline was chocked. TV was not working. I was totally frustrated at that time.

2. Oyo provided me a complimentary breakfast but hotel staff denied to provide the same and said you have to pay for it. Once again I wasted almost half an hour with Oyo customer care and then they provided the breakfast.

3. Washroom, gallery etc was pathetic

What was shocking when manager told me that this hotel is not from Oyo so because you booked through Oyo you need to call Oyo for every issue.

I don't wanna give even a single star

Extremely disappointed

I used the hotel for an overnight transit at the airport so my requirements were very simple. The hotel is designed to provided but where it fails (and will continue to fail) is where people are involved. First the ok parts. Small room but ok to sleep. lights, AC unit, taps, hot water, TV (with limited channel to kill time) works. Kitchen food and cutlery was decent. The only highlight.Where it failed is the people who are running it, the managers (Shivam.) Here are the touch points. After checking asked for tea and after 35 minutes when it didn't arrive i had to go to the counter to ask about it, then found out that the kitchen was NOT informed. Next day morning I asked for tea and again when it didn't come I had to go back to the reception I learnt that the bell boy had delivered the tea to some other room (the guest in the room quietly received it and didn't say that I didn't order it. That about the room service. In the evening when I was getting ready to retire, I flipped the duvet and saw that the sheet had huge spot from some couples who had used it. I rushed to the reception. ( I am a senior citizens and was traveling my 85 year old mom), when I told him (Shivam the day time) his immediate answer was a question "but you have been in the room for some time." I will leave it at that point so you can understand what he was implying. He asked sir what kind of stains are those, wet or dry . And I was shocked and I said I am NOT touching it or investigating it. And he started to "convince" me without changing it. Luckily another worker saw the issue and luckily had a brand new sheet so he replaced it. Apparently Shivam and likes of the hotel are used to used the sheets if it has marks on it even after a wash if they are there 😬) if you are a sophisticated traveller avoid the hotel. Next day i realised they had no towels in the bathroom and asked them and this time the night duty Shivam said "sir our laundry has not come now it comes only in two days.' so you know to avoid the hotel as the towels/sheets are 50/50 likley to be used and not washed. (luckily I carry my own sheet/covers and pillows.).I guess young couples who now use such hotels don't care about the cleaning and move on quickly. The hotel smoke alarm kept on going every few minutes as some guests kept on smoking inside despite of so many alarms. (The sheet did have cigerette holes.)The hotel is in the industrial area so it's outside is dusty but inside rooms were clean but overall recommendation is to avoid it if you are expecting to have service or clean environment. I suspect that as the hotel ages it will only go downhill from here.

Had a not-so-good experience when I stayed for three days with my friends. The place is near to the airport and was started with good interiors and infra, and that is where all the positives stop.

Poor and laidback service.
Reluctant and non chalant management.
Shabby and under-maintained rooms.
Washrooms with ample stains to remind you of public toilets.

I can go on but I got better work.
Avoid this place unless you want to experience this in person.
