check in hassle and many paperworks done before getting a room which is not worth the price. The room was dirty and so was the bathroom, AC wasn't working and there were no curtains on the windows. 1 star only for food service which was fine comparatively.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there

What pics you see while booking rooms are not actual. Poorly furnished rooms, Torn bedsheets, AC not working Poor room interior. OYO charged 57 Rs more jabki maine Pay before check in kiya tha. Hotel manager took Rs 60 in cash in name of convenience fee. Initially alloted room without AC, Half Hour later shifted to AC room and switched off AC at 12:30 PM. Cleanliness was OK.

JC guest house is a budget place for your stay in Lucknow. I had a seminar in The Regnant on 24/11/2022 & as I was traveling alone I needed a budget place which is in Niralanagar close to Regnant, & this one was matching all the requirements. They charged me 1500 per day, although you can get rooms at much cheaper rate i.e. within thousand, if you book online. I had to pay more also because the days of my stay were during peak Marriage dates. Now about the hotel, rooms & bathrooms are clean & decorated as per the rate, obviously not like any star rated or big hotel. There is no such thing like room service, you have to carry your luggage on your own, but that's not much of a problem. They have central water heating system, i.e. no separate geyser for rooms but you will get running hot water. No TV in the rooms. Housekeeping available. No restaurant, but they have kitchen, from where they serve food in your room, all kinds of veg, non veg foods are available & quality is good. Finally if your are traveling alone for official or other purpose & you have to stay in Niralanagr & you need a budget place, you can consider this one. I will give it a rating of 3.5/5.

everything was super organized, the house was very well equipped, everything we needed was there. The property is just amazing. And we will definitely come back. It was really quiet all day. The porch was the highlight of the house. A super nice couch and with a beautiful view on the water

Very heavy headed staff including Manager. Lacking even basic amenities. Whole night was spent playing Hide n seek with mosquitoes. Stinking room with stinking linen. Don't go on pics uploaded by hotel. Think 100 times before booking this worst guest house

Never book this hotel. They are cheat. Had a confirmed paid booking through agoda. They said they don't have confirmation and when agoda called them they don't accept the request. Immediately they asked me to pay for the same amount for 2days and on the second day they asked me to pay again. They took only cash. No water was given. No towel.
Lot of noise as they have a function hall attached. No Wifi service too
