Mangalam Inn

It was a good stay at hotel mangalam Inn. located near charagh railway station at hussain ganj just opposite to Golden tulip hotel and soon you will get access through Metro also which is located nearby. Rooms are spacious with cupboard. hot water was easily available . TV was working fine. They also provide low cost rooms for 2-3 hours for getting freshen-up only for males. Overall a good property.

Positive thing of this hotels is only one, very good dealing in reception. They allowed me to their kitchen to prepare food for my baby.
Negative things are more. Rooms are small and not clean. Phone is not working, WiFi only in the reception lobby and not that much speed. Bed sheets are not clean. Not proper maintaining is not there. The worst part is kitchen. Donot book this hotel with breakfast and donot drink water from the hotel. I saw the waiter taking water from the tap in washing area in a glass for a customer who asked for drinking water. Minimum quality if they provide is good for the customer.

We are surprised that how bad services of same hotel .. The rooms is knowing booked Non Ac. That's fine. 


We are totally unsatisfied from your herel services. We are staying here our six family members.


We normally go to different cities for picknic quarterly 2 -3 times .


But we never faced this unjustified situation that we are having.


Following things are unjustified totally. Which we faced and genuinely true.


1- Huge ventilation problem. No Air out and No air in. How someone can servive in night.


2- Toilet flushing problem. Flush is not working.


3- No shampoo provided for bath.


4- Electronic switched not working properly.


5- Committed for Car parking but randomly get parked my car.


6- Telephonc line is provided but receiver is not provided how somebody can call on reception. Pathetic.


7- 1 no TV remote is not available. 1 room 1 table glass broken.


8- Not Proper higene.

Location is good. Near railway station. Staffs are very helpful and their behavior is good. Room as we stayed in ground floor g2 number room... it is not clean properly. Light stain marks on the bed sheet. Pan pik on the corner wall. Food is really good quality. Love the Aloo Paratha in the morning.

very very bad experience ,they didn't allow me to chekin even I have confirm booking ,they keep me 4 hrs outside and when I was doing checkout they demand for 850 rupees extra even I were checking out before checkout time . Behaviour of manager and staff was very disgusting and they are abusing for some small thing such as I refuse to give extra money. very very bad experience and room is totally different which show ,room was very dirty and they also charged for drinking water.Totally money waste hotel..

Very bad hotel. Dirty room. Never suggest in any condition. Bathroom smell so bad. No ventilation in bathroom and no exhaust fan. Staff is so much disturbing for cup and plates. No mirror in bathroom. Broken taps. Total waste of money. We r very disappointed.

Great place for travellers who want to stay in hours. Especially marketing people. Very reasonable rates with ultimate staff , there behaviour, basic amenities also there.

Excellent location with great price and amazing ambience.
