HOTEL RADIANCE PARK -BANQUETS, RESTAURANT & BAR

Day before yesterday i posted a review regarding the late availability of Menu card.The seniors came to my room to apologise and convinced me to Delete review. Now today there is another incident which happened with me during breakfast I asked for 2 boiled eggs nobody bothered to follow up i asked them thrice how much time it will take the staff was like "Bas ho rha h Sir" and i kept waiting for 30mins and i got frustated and left the buffet. There is shortage of staff in this Hotel and staff who are available are busy with other work like there is picnic spot for them. The fault of Kitchen staff and no coordination from F&b dept made such misery. I request you all whenever you come to Rampur pls don't book such hotel u will regret later.

Hotel is situated on the NH....Ample parking space with a big lawn for functions/ parties...Rooms are clean & well maintained...Complimentary breakfast available...It also has a Moti Mahal Delux Restaurant...Slow service

It is one of the best hotels located on the National Highway in Rampur. Tasty food and good service. Keep up the good work.

It was a great experience there.. hotel services were very good... workers are very cooperative and doing their job well.. hotel situated in a good location and has huge space for all functions and family gathering ... overall nice experience..

Very worst place....even dharmasalas are better than this hotel ...servicing is very bad ...lack of staff members and available ones have no manners ....our guests were so much frustrated ...name big philosophy small ...don't even deserve even a single star

Fooding is best in rampur, property is good and well managed,management is good and the most is they keep there quality as they give from start continuously improving

Staff is very greedy they ask for tip again n again ... Service is very poor and staff is very unprofessional and Administration promises are not fulfilled after booking their banquet halls. Disappointed very much

Overall it's good...

Though there is always a room for improvement particularly in servicing in Dining area and Bar ...
