OYO 12180 Surya Prayagam

Over all experience - 1 out of 10 (1 point is only for on road hotel presence.) Room facilities : AC - not working TV - not working Fan - working Water bottle - 1pc. Wardrobe - Damaged Bathroom : Clinliness- 3 out of 5 Bathroom Soap - not provided. Towel - provided but it was smelling ....owwwk. Slippers - not provided. Bathroom Doormat - not available. I asked for maintaining AC or change room but none of the option were followed event after 4 hrs. I complaint it OYO team but again I was disappointed. So I quit the room. Recommendations for Users : Make payment only after physical inspection of room and having assured about the facilities as mentioned while booking.

Staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious, and clean. Washroom's exhaust wasn't working and geyser was leaking, these were the only shortcomings we saw. Other then that it was great experience.

Firstly,I had to wait for 2 hours at the reception to get my room.Then they gave me a room where there was no AC no fan ,so they provided table fan. Then on request,they shifted to another room, where inside the room there was no AC working for about 9 hours. Then , the toilet was very dirty,green kaayi all over the place. Water coming on taps was yellow color. Bucket mug was dirty with kaayi on it. Pathetic experience.

If I could give negative feedback then I would! Unfortunately! This room is definitely not for normal decent family… this is only for couples who wants to have fun! If u book in Ola they will say full and they will give u the worst room so that we will cancel it. So that they can give it to couples or for some other business.

Very bad experience. Real story is different from online photo .the water in bathroom is red colour. the most pathetic is they turned off MCB of a.c. connection frequently to save Electricity.plese try to avoid this hotel .I don't want anyone to suffer like me.

Sharing my horrible experience. The hotel management Denied to give pre booked room and even washroom at 8 in the night. There were all elderly people excluding me having age above 75. Room was booked through oyo so they denied giving room but said its available if you can pay 3 times the price at the counter. We were waiting for more than 3hours outside hotel premises but no one helped even after an elderly person felled sick in the hotel itself. In talk with ministry of tourism for this hotel

Room is not good,not couple friendly,not sanitisation, room is very bad,waste of money,ac don't working,bed is bad and dirty, staff not friendly.location is good but hotel management is poor. Waste of money so don't visit here. Bathing water is very dirty.room quality very poor

We stayed at this hotel just for one night. The location of the hotel is good. Room sizes are okay and spacious but the rooms are not professionally well maintained. Rooms were found dirty and not cleaned. Used condoms were found in the dustbin. Perhaps, this hotel is mostly used for some other purpose. Bathrooms are not so good. Yes, we didn't face any problem with the availability of hot water.The pillows and blankets had foul smell. After being reported the owner tried to take action. Car parking facilities are okay. Overall, this accommodation is not suggested for any decent family..
