City Hotel

Worst Hotel. High Charges with almost no facility. What you will get after paying high amount:

(1) No water bottle
(2) Bedsheets and Pillows are not clean
(3) Very Old Rooms you will not get feel of hotel
(4) We booked for 5 people for family but didn't even get the bed, they gave one of us the Mattress to sleep without bed
(5) One of their room is so small that you can't even walk properly

Final Verdict: If you are paying decent amount let's not go for this hotel, they don't know how to maintain the cleanliness and also no professionals.

NEVER BOOK HERE. Very bad hotel. We prebooked for 2 rooms in this hotel for 3 nights but they forced us to stay in 1 room and the workers was very disgusting always asking why we are not having our breakfast,lunch etc from them. Worst experience.

Not at all recommended to come here unless you want to have an itchy night.
Beds are infected with bedbugs. Really really bad experience.

Worts hotel to stay in prayagraj, only looking for money no sense of service worst quality of staff behavior smallest room with bed only 5 feet long one can't sleep on it, provides only one towel and one soap no extra even for two people.

Amount wants in advance because after such a bad quality of experience no one wanna pay a single penny.
Total waste of money worst place to stay.

Staf keeps asking for tip , bad behaviour,no lift facilitie ,very small room
