This KR Plaza Hotel is good for five star ⭐in my personal view in first sight. I was here in October 2019 for a Ring 💍Engagement of brother. The staff is really a warm one and very welcomeable of here. I really enjoy my day here with all. I have so many memories here with different of ring engagement. I feel fortunate to be here I really want to come here again and again. I love this place so much💖💖💖💖. It is very clear, fresh and amazing one. Good furniture, perfect press things like newspaper, television📺 etc. Fine toilet, bathrooms etc. And the main thing is that it is placed on main road. The building of Hotel KR Plaza is quite Cool and fantastic one. Thank you!

Not a good place for having events. We visited for a friend's marriage. The place was a bit mismanaged by the Hotel staff. They were having multiple events didn't bother to put the name and people were getting confused.
Food quality and taste are also below average, the hotel staff was not giving enough attention. Also, the decoration was not up to the mark and was very loosely set up.
So, services are not up to the mark.

Pathetic services. Went for cousin marriage function, very bad food quality n quantity. No variety. Too expensive for what they are providing. Better book some other banquet hall for marriage or any other function.

Worst hotel with worst service. Never stay in Hotel KR Plaza Saharanpur. All the positive posted reviews seems to be posted by either Hotel Staff or owners.

Here you can enjoy any type of ceremony and happiness among your friend, relatives and others. The rooms and service provides are good.

Today I am staying in this hotel and facing lack of service,firstly have to carry my luggage and bags myself till room then there was no drinking water bottle available in room I said 4-5 time to hotel staff but no solution else there was no toiletries available in washroom not atleast a soap in washroom I am asking from afternoon and got soap in late evening lazy staff ,manager and very careless General Manager.
