Neat and hygiene rooms
Juice shop at entrance
Wifi , fridge, lift, Ro Water , no bad odour.
The owner is polite and helpful.
Clock room is free

Cons :
No more OYO hotels.
Room service number is pathetic
Shower issues , tap pressure is slow , Water clogging in the bathroom.

Poor maintenance of rooms. The toilet door wasn't closing and the flush button was broken the ac was struggling to cool as it was throwing water.

Look at that mushroom on the toilet door.

This isn't the service you'd expect when you're paying 12-1400 rs per night.

Rooms have the basic facilities. I would say expect a basic stay not a luxurious one. But the service was really nice...they go over nd above to help you out.

Pathetic experience. The room size is too small. claustrophobic and no ventilation. staff is not supporting... even the owner is ill-managed.. dust everywhere in the room, I checked in 12 midnight... toilet flush was not working... toilet is too dirty bucket mug is also in poor condition.. simple pics is upload for reference. when I complained all this ... he changed the room bout 2 am midnight .. but that too is in the same condition. whoever was traveled long distance with family so I hardly managed to sleep about 2.30 mind night.. owner was so rude and asked me to leave the room 9 am in the morning... I saw the review of other persons about this property who rated it good. I am surprised. either they don't show the hotel and service should be or they are buyest. pls don't go there.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The washroom was unclean and had clogged drains. Please select some other hotel. Unhygienic at all levels

fir jyada bolane per donon room change kiya use room mein bhi wash basin mein pani nahin tha aur toilet ka flash bhi nahin chal raha tha baltiyan bhar bhar kar toilet mein pani dalna padta tha
do raat vahan bahut mushkil se kate.
humne koi photo nahin khincha yah hamare dimag mein nahin aaya
toilet ki seat bhi bahut gandi thi.

please dont get fooled with the pics available on the website or other portals. they are ages old and the current condition of this place is pathetic. try to book early with good hotels in and around Mathura hopefully you will have better options.

Rooms are good but wc every tape is draining room service very slow for restaurant you have to give order before 45 mi
