OYO 86954 Hotel Vrindavan

If i had option of giving zero or negative star then i would have given that because this pathetic low standard hotel does not deserve good or even mediocre rating.. Bad experience of my lifetime.. They have 0 facilities. Do not even provide you water and a glass so do not expect anything from this So Called HOTEL.. No basic facilities and when ever you complaint or tell them about it then their answer is " madam we have opened it recently" kaam pura ho jata, sari facilities arrange kar lete tab kholte hotel.. Lock of bathroom was broken, dish tv not working, no water, towel, complete toiletries, storage area (not even hooks at the back of door) available.. Many more unsatisfactory experiences we had to face but i cannot waste anymore time writing about these idiotics.. Recommend not to go for it..

I am from Himachal Pradesh and residing in Delhi from last several years. I recently visited Vrindavan with my best friends from home town and decided to stay in Vrindavan for 2 days. We booked Diplomatic Enclave room at Hotel Taaz comfort Inn located in Vrindavan. We had previously read recommendations regarding it but I felt it was much better than I had imagined.We were pleased with service provided to us by hotel staff from the front door to our room door. The hotel staff and the accommodation was upto level of first class. Reception desk staff was pleasant and too willing to help and advise us which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to thank you again for our great stay with you and will certainly recommend your hotel to everybody. On top of that, food here was amazingly delicious starting our New Year beautifully. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back here over and over and over again. Ps : I think this hotel is located on the safest area of Vrindavan, All temples were right around the corner including Banke Bihari temple which made this hotel very center where you can go anywhere comfortably.

Not recommend at all.
They don't know what does a Hotel mean. You had to literally beg for drinking water, soaps, towel etc.
To the panditji who runs the show, walks inside the room where family is staying and when asked about services says, "don't be a headache for me."

Never come here 😭. Poor service, one man staff , no food available near those dirty rooms it's not a hotel it's just a bad looking 4 rooms set.

Booked a room from Go ibibo. We were not allowed to checkin. REASON - they dont take online bookings inspite of this property being listed upon goibibo & oyo rooms.
Pathetic !

Now cleanness is good.
But you have to arrange cold drinking water.
In house kitchen not available

Worst place to stay in.no shower no toilet flush. No exhaust. No handle on the washroom handle.very callous attitude of owner. Please dont waste money.

BEST PLACE FOR STAY IN VRINDAVAN BECAUSE THE PLACE IS NEARBY PREM MANDIR AND HOTEL SERVICES IS VERY GOOD FOR CLIENTS WHO OUTSIDE THE STAY IN VRINDAN
