Worst check in experience ever. Never book this hotel. These people will accept your online booking and when you reach there they start demanding more money and will try to take advantage of you. No wifi service. Poor hospitality. Rude receptionist. They treat you very badly and if you booked your hotel online at a low price then rather than politely asking you for more they will taunt you with comments like " Dharamshala thodi na hai". At that I was with my family and they didn't even offered water aur something when we were almost drenched with sweat. It was janmashtmi time & i would have agreed to pay more if he had asked politely which eventually I paid in other hotel. But these people they only want to take advantage of you, nothing else & my reply to you for that comment, " 🤬🤬🤬 Agar dharamshala Mai rehna hota na to Hotel book nhi krta aur family ke saath tha isiliye kuch bola nhi, akela ya dosto ke saath hota to tera wo din aesa hota ki tu zindagi bhar nhi bhul paata aur tnsn na le manager dobara jab Mathura ayunga kbhi to teri khatirdari iss baar Mai krunga."

Extremely poor. This is hotel of cheaters.
They confirmed post payment and then They didn't honor the booking of 2 rooms and asked to book another hotel as they had only 1 room left (dirty and alcohol smells.. no AC.. it was being used by hotel staffs). Post that they didn't refund the amount too which they mentioned that it will be done in my account in 2 working days. Now they are not picking up my call too 😀😀

Underground parking facility, decent rooms. Average bathroom ambience. Fittings and accessories were broken but working in the bathroom. The bedroom blanket was full of dust.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customer. They provided us pillows which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets.. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! Very unprofessional

Had wonderful stay , started with welcoming reception.Room is neat and mainly washroom is clean with 24 hrs hotwater supply, definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Brij bhoomi mathura and vrindavan. Thank you

Closed and cloistered tiny box like room. Indifferent service. Don't even give towels, don't clean the rooms and don't give receipt when you're vacating. The receptionist is polite and is struggling to maintain the business.

Pathetic hotel worse ever experience I ever had. Never seen such dirty filthy hotel and staff. All lies are published on website including the images and facilities of hotel. Wanted to give negative marking if got option.
