Hotel Spiti

The hotel is decent for stay.. bathrooms need more attention. Staff and services was good.. I have deducted stars because of their food service l.. I have ordered combo of paneer chilli and hakka noodles and they got me each thing in a small dessert serving bowl. When questioned they said this is how combos supposed to be..

I went there with my family and booked 3 rooms and all rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. Hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Food is also delicious in hotel restaurant specially breakfast was too yummy. If anyone is going to mathura vrindavan it's a recommended place from my side.

Hotel is nice, staff is okay. Very specific about check in and out timings but still polite and accommodating. That makes it a plus. The only bad thing about them is location. Outside, in the morning it's like a bad level market. In night, it's comparatively dark and not many people roam around. Since the staff and rooms still make it worthwhile I will give it a 3.

We stayed in Spiti on 28Nov along with kids. Earlier we really had horrible hotel experiences in Mathura so to be frank wasn't expecting too much from Spiti with just a clean room with descent service and to our surprise it was really descent.
This hotel is small hotel with not too much luxury but the staff is maintaining the property quite well.The rooms were really clean, bathrooms were also very clean. The service was fast. The only issue is that hotel don't have lift so if you have some senior citizens then ask for ground floor rooms only. Their in house restaurant is very cool. We had simple breakfast with veg sandwich, Aloo paranthe and they were tasty. they have parking available also which is a rare thing to get in Mathura.

Before booking, we went through many online reviews as well as reviews on different apps. It was mixed response but we still booked owing to our gut feeling. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and provided with all kinds of facilities. Kettle, blower, tea/coffee, almirah, toiletries , towel, room slipper everything. It was neat, clean and the staff was super helpful in getting us water and coffee even after 11 pm in the night. There was hot water available and the next door cafe Loft is a cherry on a cake. You can have amazing food here. For us, it was an amazing one day stay.

1. electric kettle was not available in the room. On asking, it was provided. rust was clearly visible on the mouth of the kettle, also it was smelling very bad. 2. Electric Switch nearest to the kettle was not working.3. electric Switch nearest to the bed was also loose.4. gutkha spitting was seen on the wall of the room.5. temporary arrangement for an exhaust fan was seen in the bathroom. finishing was not proper as per the price of the room charged.6. washing tap was available on the left side of the western commode. it is useful for left handed person. not for right handed person.7. no RF card system for door entry. manual keys were provided.8. Room smelling. no ventilation.Will not recommend anybody at this price.
