We booked Royal Residency for the wedding of my younger brother. We liked the look and feel, its grandeur, ample parking space and lush greenery. We had around seven rooms booked for the guests as well.
The rooms were large, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The washrooms were clean and tidy. The rooms were located at Ground Floor as well as First Floor.
We had outsourced catering service to one of the caterers. He made great arrangements in the party lawn. The space was huge and he could do a splendid job in terms of decorating the place; be it stage, seating area, food counters and others.
The wedding rituals and procession took place in the closed commodious hall. It was well-decked and decorated. The reception area of the hotel was huge and the services were highly satisfactory.
We loved the place thoroughly and plan to stay there afterward as well.

Nice place to stay in heart of kushinagar temple. Nice place to celebrate your functions with spacious lawns.

Spent 2 days here. Excellent staff. Courteous. Happily serving. Specially there is a Himachali guy, I think he was manager. Can't remember his name. He is genuinely a great worker and served very well.

We wanted to check amout at 10:30 pm but they said it's not possible to provide a helper to bring our luggage to the reception. They said we don't have such facilities you need to take care of yourself at night hours.. After few minutes they evern started arguing and said aisa hi hota ha. Aap naye lag rha ruke ho hotels me.. Pathetic and Yes their rooms have two bathrooms where one has no WASH BASIN and other don't have a jet spray nearby.. Very confusing.. Not good behavior..

Manager and staff behavior is very good. Quality of food is good. An excellent place to stay in kushinagar.Perfect setups, managment,food quality.. everything I think this is the best hotel in kushinagar.
