Good stay but bad checkout experience. I stayed for 3 nights but They did not allow me to do lunch in the hotel room because it was checkout time! I couldn't understand what they had to do in those 15-20 mins! Other rooms were vacant, so there was no shortage for other bookings just in case!

There was a wedding which I went to attend. The food was okay, some dishes good and some dishes not upto the mark. The valet parking is fine. The wedding hall is fine. Rooms are quiet good. Overall it's a fine stay if you decide to stay here.

It was one of my worst experience with hotel, they have charged 6000 rs extra keeping the key for 2 hours, to fix this they are giving next booking rewards and all, who will come to your hotel?
Staff manager is rude. Until we have not paid it full, they were good, once paid they dont know you
Reception and food counter - they will not pick your call only
Hotel- location and building are fine, but services are the worst
Overall experience was bad, their AC doesn't work properly, and fans they dont have shower you have to do with cold water, potsit you have to clean your way,
And you have to ask for facilities, even water they will give after 25 minutes.
If you are still thinking to book this hotel, God bless you

The banquet hall is nice and the food was also delicious. My sister's Sangeet was organised there. But the selfie point's light was not good Vaha photos achi ni ari thi.please improve this

AC makes lots of noise, They provide just 01 litre of water in the room for guests which is too less. Buffet breakfast choices are very limited with no taste

Staff are very unprofessional they don’t know anything we went on a dinner at cooper handi everything was nice but time of billing they didn’t accept my dineout and said we should have reservations for it but i have dinout passport and we don’t need reservations for that still they didn’t accept that at last bhut din tak nhi chale ga restaurant .

The room was good and the stay was very nice. big size room. But coming to room service they don't know anything. many times they have asked for phone reception and restaurants Nobody knows the rates and all. please improve this.
