Hard pillow and mattress, bad bedsheets, loose drawers, very very very bad room service. The lift squeaks when moving. Very bad tea/ coffee. I asked for coffee and they delivered after 2 hours and that too just about one grain of coffee powder in a whole thermos. You have to dial for room service again and again till you get connected.

The price for a standard room is expensive compared to the services provided.
I had a backache and pain in my neck after spending a night there. Very hard mattress and pillows. No toiletries provided.

I wouldn't advise anybody to go there.

stayed 2 days in j p palace but had a worst and ridiculous experience ,as hotel staff advice us to park our bus in parking space, at night someone stolen our disel from bus which cost us 30k rupes , they stole our 300 liter of disel from bus .
i will advice never visit this hotel since ,even hotel staff were not helping since we were outsider

Rooms are in a very bad condition
There are small cockroaches in the entire room and even on the bed.
Can even imagine of such an unhygienic place to stay.
But since I am on a business trip and I have to stay for one night, I have taken the room with my eyes closed.
But I shall not advise anyone to stay here.

Useless hotel. The status of suite which seem to be most prestigious room of hotel is such bad condition that no one can imagine. Bathroom water flow level is towards room and room becomes flooded after use of bath room. Fridge is kept in room and plugged on with light inside but no cooling. You will surprised after spoiling of your material. Tea service takes one hour diner order to be place two hour before. Room service and housing keeping is very bad. Toilets are worst and seems to never cleaned. You have to bath with lifeboysoap of rs 5

You cannot get sealed water in this hotel and only RO water is served here. But yes taste of food was good. I had only break fast here.

Hotel in very poor condition, overpriced, didn’t get hot water in shower, flush did not work , had to change room after check in

Nice and clean hotel in Gonda. 10 minutes from railway station

The hotel is very bad in the name of services... Location was good.. Front desk staff behaviour was Good...Breakfast was Good... Restraunt staff behaviour is not at all good.
