Poor house hold service ,
Tv & geyser not work

So many time call in room service but not good response

Did not recommend to visit this hotel
I pay charge 3100 for 1 day but i completely dissatisfied

Behaviour and services both are bad.
I feel it myself in a function. Wash room condition is squalor.

Average hotel with no mantainance..rooms are bit spacious..bathroom was not up to the mark..hotel needs a lot of mantainance work

Very unhygienic place wrost service i have ever had never go back again

Toilets are not kept clean that's the biggest disadvantage of this place. Rooms rates are high. Party hall can accommodate around 75-80 guests only. They have underground car and bike parking. ATM and Bank is also located on the ground floor.

One an only 3star hotel in hapur
But need lots of improvement
Location is good
Food is also good but little expensive
Rooms are also beautiful but service is not top notch according to the prices of stays

Restaurant and hall is available for function , rooms also available on the second floor.
Good for visiting , rooms are more than reasonable.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Really The Worst Place I ever been to. Bad Food, Bad management & UGLY washrooms. Totally dirty, everything dirty. AC Never worked despite several requests & water ran out of stock. Manager in full attitude like maintaining Le Meridian. Washroons look like an old store room with a night bulb, so dim that u cannot even see Ur face in mirror. I think the dim light there was to hide the super dirty condition of washrooms. Please don't waste your money here, look for alternatives.👎
