Hotel staff and manager is very rude. You have to wait for atleast 1:30 hours for breakfast to eat. Due to Major construction you cannot sleep or have your privacy in rooms as extreme loud sounds outside your window will not let you sleep and dozens of workers keep stalk you from window. The general manager of the hotel treated me like I am staying there for free. Manager took the payment from me at the time of checkin and at the time of checkout hotel staff did not let me check out for half n hour they were asking me to pay charges which the manager already took at the time of check in The room cleaning staff took away toiletries from bathroom and there were no soap of shampoo available there. Very unprofessional and B grade hotel Never choose with family or couple.

Worst experience ever. ..lifts were not working, light n decoration was not proper, rooms lock was not working n kettle was smelling bad, their commitment was not fulfilled n for even a single need we have to urge in front of staff, dj was not allowed in the hall but it was committed that dj wud be allowed n denied on day of event..

The rooms and toilet are clean ! Staffs are well behaved and cooperative. Receptionist is also very helpful and guiding. They have their own restaurant attached to the hotel. Whose menu card will be in your room and you can use telephone in your room to call them and get your food in your room. I've tasted food as well, food were tasty, portion was good according to the price point. Overall it was a nice experience to stay in this hotel.

Situated in the heart of the city.Very spacious having great parking area. Nice place for vegetarian foods.available for small and lavish party.only one negative point that is you have to face traffic to reach here.

POWER BACK UP WAS NOT GOOD , VOLTAGE WAS UP AND DOWN IN ENTIRE NIGHT , AC D'SNT WORKED PROPERLY , TATA SKY WAS NOT WORKING DUE TO NON RECHARGE, INTERCOM WAS NOT WORKING,UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF . WASHROOM TAP WAS NOT WORKING, FOOD IS OK, CAR PARKING IS GOOD

It's the best hotel in Bahraich. The restaurant is nice and clean and food menu is good. Food is good and tasty. Their services are also good. Lot of parking place available. This place is right in the heart of the city so easy to commute.
