This Hotel is built inside Ramoji Film city. You can enjoy all the events and shows inside the property if you are a guest in any of the present hotels inside Ramoji Film City. The food here is delicious and the staff are also very kind and friendly. Besides it is a place where your Favourite Bollywood Stars might show up you while breakfast. Overall this is a must visits 5/5 stars on almost every aspects. :)

Staff and management are cooperative with additional requests like change of dates for lunch.

Over hyped. Tara which is just beside is much better a bang for one’s buck. Even the ambience is not that great. But the staff are courteous. You get one free bus tour to Ramoji Film City when you stay here (Applicable to Tara as well). Rooms are not upto the mark for a 5 star hotel. Restaurant has a good ambience though. Food is ok.
You can reach the hotel by cab. There’s a complimentary breakfast available. Whenever you decide to take the film City tour a bus will pick you up right from the hotel (available for Tara as well).
Cabs are not allowed to pick you up from the hotel. Hotel charges you ₹ 500 to drop you till the main gate.

The place has the look, the atmosphere, the ambience and the feel of a palace. This is truly a hotel which is totally a class apart. It offers huge rooms with a great view and every thing in the hotel provides a very very luxurious experience

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Sitara, Ms Bharti encouraged me to take the awesome trip of Ramoji Film City. It’s worth the experience. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay at Sitara Hotel. Very friendly staff and great room service.

Honeymoon package is very bad. - Rest of hotel full of noisy drinkers and populated office parties - Although the package includes all meals, whatever we order they ask you to pay extra, even for one Pepsi - Dirty sheets - Food is not good enough, sometimes undercooked, tasteless, etc - Nothing much to see in Ramoji. Finished the car trip in one hour - Too expensive (15k per day)

Here's why I'm reviewing this hyped property with just two stars:-
1. Lack of courtesy - Being polite is something you naturally expect out of the staff of a 5-Star property. While confirming my reservation with Krishna Yella (I may not remember the name correctly), I felt as if this person was doing a huge favour attending my call.
2. Lack of attention & detail - We were checked-in to a room which was not vacated and it turned out to be very embarrassing as we had literally entered that room.
My package covered the Ramoji Studio Tour, yet while checking-in at the reception, the staff bluntly refused it. I had to share the details from the booking app to confirm and avail it.
3. Rooms - Extremely shabby and poorly maintained. Have shared the pictures. Sofas and office chair had stains. Bed felt as if it will break with the very next turn I will take. The housekeeping didn't bother to remove used tissues from the room.
4. Brekfast Buffet Layout and Taj Mahal Dining Area - The place was suffocating with dim lights and lack of fresh air. I don't know why they call it Taj Mahal. The buffet layout was very brief and food quality was average. The dinner I ordered in the room was good though.
Conclusion: - Totally not worth the price. One can easily cover the tour if one starts on time say between 9-10. No point taking the stay at either of these hotels.

Elegant Magnificent incredible Hotel property in the heart of nature . Awesome views from the rooms and resturant foods are awesome experience. Rooms and services are prompt . Careful staff are here nice swimming pool garden in campus. Atmosphere you like 👍 👌 😏 😎
