OYO 17403 Bommarillu

Bommarillu residency is located in Alluri Seetha Rama Raju complex beside to Usha Mullapudi Arch opposite to Kukatpally housing board colony. It's a nice hotel and well maintained but it's difficult to find it in the complex because it's located in the 5th floor and there is no indication of the way to the hotel and parking is also not sufficient.

Not recommendable. Bedsheet & blanket covers was filled with greaves stinking badly. Floor is sticking due to lack of moping.

Location: on the 6th floor of a building complex called Alluri Trade Centre. New travellers cant find it after sunset till sunrise because there is no lighting neon....to tell you where it is. Also lift is switched off from 6pm till 6am. Very convenient for guests coming between 6pm and 6am. Rooms are not as shown in website. Totally in a dilapidated condition. Dont fall for the fotos on any website. They are maybe too old. Service is up to the staff to improve and succeed.

When I visited 1st time, maintenance was very in 2016 good but now its very bad. Rooms are very large but toilets are not clean. This hotel is recommended for single person for single day if there is no anyother option. This hotel is not recommended for woman.

Dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. No water in ba5hrooms during entire night. When complained about the water problem, one of the staff replied "YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEW ON INTERNET BEFORE BOOKING THE PLACE". Dirtiest toilet. No cleanliness, no soaps in bathrooms.

Sound system not available and lifts are in very bad condition. Hall is spacious. Rooms maintenance in the residency is in very bad.

Medium ambience, did a function.Only provided chairs and hall no other amenities provided had to arrange from outside. All in all, a Okay kind of place. For one time trial small functions.

I just checkout my self just in Half an hour. I can't stay there.
Rooms at a worst complex, you feel like going in hell. Please visit it yourself before wasting your money.
