Not accepting booking from oyo and no proper response

Hi guys,
I'm not interested in rating the service as i was not given with the booked service at Vemulawada..
The hotel management has informed me that I booked it only for 1 guest and the same is not available by 09:00PM on the same day..
I felt bad that no one called me to confirm if I'm visiting the place or not and it was unfortunate I was unaware of members limitation and liability to add exact number of guests while booking the room.
Last but not least, either the hotel management or the Oyo team could've called me to confirm on the booking on that day.

Don't even deserve a single star. There is TV but not star connection. AC that doesn't work at all cleanliness is not all maintained you will not find any person to ask anything location is too difficult too find. Please avoid this place.
