Very Good hotel, as per my view it can come under 3 star hotel segment. The room is good and neat. It has got lift, room service is also good. Brooming and moping done once in a day also toilet clean. Since I stayed for 3 days toilet cleaning was done only one day. One thing I faced is that they ran out of water for 1-2 hr in washroom in whole 3 days which can be neglected. Again though they got lift in hotel but to get to reception you cannot avoid staircase i.e for entrance to hotel. The bed was very good, 3 people can manage to sleep at once on single bed if you want to avoid extra bedding. In a couple room, the room can hold upto 4 person easily and maximum 5. Best part is, it is located at the centre of market area about 2 km away from khammam railway station.

Unprofessional & Rude Staff | Dirty & Unhygienic Rooms | Worst Hotel for Family
I booked this hotel from goibibo and paid full amount online. I reached hotel at midnight and told them about my booking. They asked me how did I pay. Once I told them about my payment, they showed me 1 room which was dirty & unhygienic. Rats were roming there. Washroom was not cleaned. Actually when I reached there, hotel staff was using this room & they offered us same room without cleaning it. When I asked for different room, they said they have only this room, you want to check in or not. Rooms was in very bad condition like Dirty Bedsheets, uncleaned Washrooms, Rats & Mosquitoes in surrounding & Rude Staff,Hotel Staff was very rude & unprofessional, they asked me to leave the hotel when I told them to change my room. I was with family & they started fighting. Immediately I left from there & booked another hotel nearby.
NEVER RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.

Not so much great rooms to stay for a long time. A couple of days is long enough to stay. Families are not recommended. Bachelors can enjoy much.

Overall its above average for me. But the service is excellent. Rooms and bathrooms are below par tbh. They could improve a lot better. Not enough parking also as we parked our car outside on the road only. I do not usually prefer OYO rooms but I'm happy that we found a room here. But 1600 rupees a night the overall look of the rooms could be a lot better.
