OYO Ss Inn Near Shilparamam

They seem friendly on meeting for the first time but they do not do any of their job. We booked this OYO and thought we got a good deal with meals included, but it was not. We stayed for 14 days. You arrive in the room and it is fresh and clean, good till here. The problems start with next couple days. They will not clean the rooms even when u explicitly tell them and give them the room key. Sometimes the water will be gone and sometimes the electricity. I had to tell the receptionist at least thrice before they cleaned the room. In a period of 14 days our room was cleaned only twice and bathroom was cleaned once because there was not water in the OYO. You will not get fresh bed- sheets because their laundry person did not come. You will not get soaps too. Our dinner was included in the booking. We came to know that they do not make their own dinner. They will buy some ₹ 20 dinner from roadside and give it to you and only when u call the front desk. No water included in the room, buy your own water. The only good thing was AC and geyser were working. If u want to stay for couple of days it’s ok otherwise I strongly suggest against it. There are PGs around it please look into them or look for another hotel.

The rooms are spacious but the care takers are very lazy and doesn't listen to your requests.
No servicing of the rooms even after multiple requests.
No Towels, handwash, bodywash as per Oyo norms.
The AC in the room we stayed in was not working.

The worst place to stay in entire Hyderabad. Reality of their "suite room":
Broken bucket. Dirty bedsheets. Only 1 unclean towel for 3 people.
If you book online with discount, they will not allow you to check in, even at 9pm in night, and ask to either pay full amount or go anywhere else. 0 amenities, but full harassing.

The room size was decent but services was really bad.They didn't bother for housekeeping on their own. They don't even provide drinking water in the room neither they provide toiletries. Services was quite worst. The hand wash sink was leaking they haven't attended to the problem during our 3 day stay.

Later that same week, i wanted to extend my stay at that hotel. After confirmed booking from OYO, manager denied to give us the room. And was demanding more money as i got the room at very cheap price from OYO.

Room is some what ok. Trust me, I booked through Oyo which is 1600 for two days. But when I went there they said no rooms available and finally after a lot of discussion he asked to cancel the Oyo booking and charged a lot for one day itself. Reception guys are really rude and the way handle customers are pathetic.. Please think more than twice before making a booking here. Additionally they will say tv is there but they won't recharge/ subscribe. Even after saying multiple times they won't do. It was one of the worst experience for me.

Worst hotel no respect and response from hotel management towards customer .
I had a valid booking for 2 days hotel management and receptionist denied to allot room stating they do not accept online reservations and worst part they did even consider giving room on the spot and denied saying no rooms are available . Very worst oyo even did not step inn the issue and left me alone. I will never ever book oyo again in hyderabad or where ever very disappointed and worst service.
I suggest and prefer not use any Oyo when you are with family un-necessary head aches. Worst maintenance by Oyo in hyderabad.

Both Oyo and Ss inn are playing games.
In oyo the price is 900 but they are not accepting the oyo bookings and asking us to cancel. As per cancellation policy we loss some money and they are charging double the price

All are large rooms
And clean is very good
