Aditya Hometel

The rooms were clean and tidy, but I always had some or the other issue in the Bathrooms.

The coffee set didn't has spoons or stirrers.

The lift had broken down for a day. And the cleaning crew always asked whether we needed water bottles. I thought that was a given.

Wifi credentials went kaput in 2 days, so had to call reception for access after that.

The staff were very responsive.

Breakfast spread was decent.

Avoid, as for what you pay, you can get much better places to stay with well maintained rooms and ambience. This being an old property needs respiration at all levels. Rooms are pathetic with cockroaches all around, service is sub standard. You need to call for toiletries every time and it's better not to use the towels they provide!!! The only advantages this property has is the location. Food is average and service even at the restaurant is average. Their staff do not reciprocate what you ask for....!!! Aditya park which is close by should be a good option to stay as they have renovated.

All round Deficiency in service.Amateur staff. When a guest walks into the allotted room the journey of discovery starts . In my room toilet paper was missing, only 1 towel and 1 soap ( for twin sharing), no coffee kettle, no coffee satchet and no creamer, just 3-4 tea bags.The room was freezing and it was a struggle to bring it to an acceptable temp. Housekeeping response was pathetic. It kept me awake for 2 hours in the night as the response would be in instalment. For example they brought a tea kettle after several visits to the reception but forgot the charging unit.I have stayed in many budget hotels but not one as inefficient as Aditya Hometel. By the way the tarriff is not budget but in the range of premium economy.
I will not visit the Sarovar hotel chain ever again. I have better options to get Value for Money.

Rooms are average to good. Services are good and the location is at the centre part of the city with good access to the main road. Have a good parking. facilities. Hotel itself have restuarant but there are plenty of Verity foods available outside so I didn't opt for food.

Food is ok ok only
AC not working properly night time AC not working properly .
Over all not recommended

front desk reception good
but pathetic service from FB .
Yesterday night I started calling 47 dial from 9.26 but no one is answering till 9.45 pm and i dialed 41 and informed also but no response after so many reminders got call from in room dinning .
ordered food but till 11.20 food not served . unfortunately i went out and taken street food what to do no response from hotel people .
Moreover, I got a call from an FB executive and told sir what happened. Please excuse us . This morning we will give you a complimentary breakfast but i refused ..This is not the problem of executive .Management not giving proper training .
Not expected from sarovar group

We have stayed @ 104 on 29/30 -22 , @ junior suit room - Two days , ambience good , food Buffet fine , more training required for FO staffs , No smile always serious , few FO staffs are not fit for industry, service teams are exceptionally good, we have used Mini Bar snacks @260 , while checking out FO girl not charged same , she take bill without have that bill , yesterday night onwards iam remembering FO team , nor evinced much concern , today morning they took Bill but snacks charges not there , although we have already left to airport , sent us scan for payment , this types of last minute hiccups pls avoid , or else must be free such snacks charges or whatever be , , FYI only anyway it was a nice stay @ Adithya hometel, pls rectify attitude of few FO staffs

It was a gud experience...staff was very good n supportive... Helped me with baby food as well...room stay is gud n comfortable... Highly recommended
