Was a Good place to stay. Nice rooms for budget. Better than any hostels for students. Free Wifi. Good staff. All time water supply. But be careful of the Parveen. He will trick you when he gets chance and won't let you talk at all. They are all crooked and can rip you off. Cautious when talking about money.

One of the best hotel( hostel practically) for ACE STUDENTS. Manager PRAVEEN sir is a wonderful guy who will help u with any problms and all maintenance, he ll do in right time, u can openly speak to him, they ll ask monthly rent at the beginning of the month itself bcs there were so many cases people left room without paying thats the reason. In 2018 they charged 4500rs for single room, 3800 for double room and 3k for three sharing. Its location is on namply railway station road. Rooms are good, clean ( they ll clean once in a week) and no water or electricity problmz and there was wifi too but speed its ok thats all, And about food.
Morning- u ll get from outside there will be 10rs iddly, dosa guy beside bsnl office opposite to this hotel or near ACE academy u ll get so many tiffin centres also. Dinner- there is a hotel staff who have mess will provide chappati and veg curry (1chapti =10rs) or u can contact a mess guy called balu bhai who ll supply dinner cost around 40rs (dal+ chappati+ rice+ veg). Lunch- Main thing is that dont give order to any mess or canteen because ur class timings will be flexible its According to the faculties so better have lunch according to that either from ACE or near by hotel there is a govt office inside that there is a canteen cum restaurant, they provide hygiene food. NOTE: hotel is almost around 1km from ACE so be prepared to be a day scholar. For MALLUS: there are some kerala canteen near institute. Before giving monthly room delivery order think twice bcs most of the time u hav to eat rice both in afternoon and night. Finally give importance to Coaching and health, rest comes later....

Situated in commercial area nearer to metro station nd local train station nd located just beside road nd suitable to while travelling long journey as we reach bus stop,rail stop in our desired time
