OYO 37499 Saba Service Apartments

The manager of Saba Service appartment thinks that he is very smart .
At the time of check in he said you will be provided common bathroom as you have booked super saver whereas in images attached bathroom images was shown.
I paid 800 rs extra for 5 days visit because I had no choice at the counter .
At the time of checking out he wittily asked for my phone claiming that he needs to do check out from my phone as he is unable to do from his phone and gave 5 star ratings.
This one star is only for his wittiness and abusing the policy.
Good things - Location is very close to Charminar and room is spacious , public transport is easily accessible.

The rooms appear to be very nice but service is very very poor..Even if we run the AC through out the night but room has not become cool...Fully disappointed about the service...If they improve their service then it will become a good option for visitors

Too many cockroaches, not clean at all , no inverter for electricity, and once kids got stuck in the elevator and there was no one for help , waste for money ,, not recommended at ALL !!!!!!! I expected a better service from oyo

Rooms are good.
Staff behaviour was very rude doesn't have a sense how to talk with the clients.

They increased the amount payable from the amount fixed while booking
And we're very harsh and impolite
I would recommend not to visit if you are with family

Rooms are very small same like a lodge need to improve on cleanliness and service.

I booked this hotel for my parents as they were coming to visit Hyderabad. The stay was good. Room and toilet was clean and staff was also fine. The best part is its on walkable distance to Charminar so u can just walk in evening n enjoy your shopping.

worst experience in Saba service apartment,
1. toilet were not clean and stinking.(Attached the photos)
2. staff at reception was very rude and behaved inappropriatly.
3. water to drink was not provided, which is a basic ammenity.
4. towel and toiletries were not given and given a lame reason due to covid.
5. no option for late check-out, upon request staff asked to book a room through app for one day.
6. overall experience was horrible.

Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
