There's a catch in here. When you see the reviews and ratings of Oyo 7976, you don't get the actual picture. But when you search for Hotel Brundavan Pride, you see all the terrible ratings and reviews, and mind you, they are both the same entity. There's a long list of horrible experiences, so let's start in the chronological order. 1. I called the hotel one day prior, asking for an early check-in (since the Oyo customer care exec directed me to them). I was told that early checking-in won't be a problem, and I can come directly the next day. 2. Check-in: Card machine not working, receptionist asks for cash (and goes on bothering me about the payment for the next 2 days persistently) 3. No complementary water bottle. They will ask you to fill your bottles from the water cooler. 4. The rooms are disgusting. There were hair all around the bed, bathroom, and dressing table. The blankets were clearly dirty, and the overall look and feel of the room was terrible. The shower wasn't working. The toilet seat had stains on it. 5. Terrible (and a bit creepy) service. They won't serve you breakfast on time. They'll come at their convenience to your room, never bring you water, and will keep bothering you about payments and check-out. One guy in particular (who was always in a black Oyo T-shirt) kept asking me to install the Oyo app so that he can give a rating himself. 6. Check-out: The manager asked for Rs.200 extra for early check-in, but wasn't ready to put it on the bill. Again, he kept asking me to give him the Oyo app on my phone.

Doesn't meet the expectation.Price is bit high but the rooms are not that good. I booked one room through oyo room app. The oyo person gives the rating by himself in oyo aap (that's why it's 4.5* in oyo app). Less workers and many of them don't understand Hindi and English. If you get a room in less than 1000 then you can book one. Otherwise go for other hotel.

And they won't check which room has call of housekeeping. Without checking they'll come and know the door and they'll tell sorry sir, mistaken. There is no proper response from room service (they won't pick the call) Overall horrible experience!

The hotel is not neat. I fell sick after being there. Lift is very old. No proper ventilation provided. All the amenities are available. And the worst thing of all during checkout you are asked to pay tip to everyone you meet during checkout. The hotel is right by the highway making it easy to find.

Stayed here during my hyd visit. Place is decent. Staff are prompt and responsive. Good service. Door step food service is there but I havent tried. Cleanliness and room ambience are just more than average. Can do much better for the pricing. Overall good experience.

Couple friendly, unmarried couples are allowed.Very good service. Rooms are nice and clean. Response was fast and polite from staff. Affordable price in Budget. Best OYO room in Dilshuknagar. Great experience 😍❤
