Hotel Mint OTM

Stayed 2 nights in a standard room inclusive of breakfast and dinner. For the price being paid the rooms were very clean and very well done with some artsy decor.

Front desk very helpful. Breakfast had a average spread and dinner was a tricky one as it wasn't a buffet spread but you were allowed to order anything below 400 from the menu. Tricky as the last page also said government taxes extra so doing the maths was taking away my hunger.

Overall good for budget and neat and tidy.

I stayed for 2day in the mint hotel. It was excellent and amazing experience for me. It's because of the staff members who took care of me not only as Guest but also as a family member. The location and the rooms are very good and also he front office members are doing excellent job. They are very concerned of the guests who visit here. Coming to the service the breakfast and the meals are delicious. When ever I needed anything i called the guy called chethu who was doing night shift. He came to me without any hesitation and helped to do the things done in my room. Thank you man alot God bless you. I suggest the people to visit the mint hotel once again thank you alot..

It's a good place and located in a prime location from where you can find everything at a walkable distance. Hotel rooms are good. They only serve food at your room not alcohol but you can find a good bar and restaurant at the hotel itself. Employees are really good but the services needs to be improved.

We had a fully satisfied 7nights long stay here. Loved the feel of the room(superior) as soon as i entered. It was neat and clean and very colourful. I found the bed little uncomfortable for me though. Front desk staff is super welcoming and cooperative. They would try their best to help you. Housekeeping is doing a good job too, however can be improved. Breakfast spread was decent enough in comparison to the contemporaries. Few items changed daily. Location is perfect. Near to all the necesseties and eateries. Very convenient if you do not have a vehicle. Overall, a very comfortable stay

The stay is great and good, hospitality people are really friendly, you got a pub brewery at ground floor one of the best beers I have ever tasted. Only down side is the loud music at weekends which might disturb your sleep. Breakfast is good. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Nice, clean and helpful place. The staff, especially the reception staff is very welcoming. They go out of the way to keep the guests comfortable
Ideal location if you have work in Gachibowli or Hitec city
Buffet Breakfast is adequate
They have their own Brewery and offer a multitude of home brews which are fresh off the tap.
Ideal 3 star hotel and facilities

Once you step into the room, things will look pretty ok, but as you spend your time here at this hotel, you realize that how poor and disappointing their service is. To list out few:

- Worst issue that I faced is with Power cuts. They had wierd issue where if there is power cut, your room power will not come up automatically. You have to remove your key card, wait for 2 mins and then insert it back. We had to do this 4-5 times one night since there was frequent power cut due to rain. Next day we were feeling sleep deprived and tiwred. I have stayed in many hotels and have never seen such an annoying thing.
- House keeping staff is not professional. They will laugh and giggle if you ask them something like they are mocking you. Irritating.
- If you order something from room, it will take quite long before your order is served. I had to do followups for a simple request like for water or tea.
- For 2 days, house keeping staff were not re-filling Milk Powder in room and the reason was - 'It is out of stock'. I meam common, how can you run a hotel like this.
- We ordered tea when we stayed here, and the delivery person don't even have their basics right. Sometimes they will bring Sugar but nothing to stir. Sometimes they will not bring any of them at all.

If you have made it thru my review, I would suggest if you want a pleasant stay in Hyderabad, look for some other options.

An over expensive hotel for the amenities, food quality, hygienicity and ambiance they provide. We have stayed for 5days in this hotel and after repeated complaints about bad food quality, bad room service, non-cleaning of the rooms; there was no appropriate action except a receptionist Mr Raja who was found to be helpful on Day 4, but we didn't wish to waste money anymore here and shifted to treebo hotel which is half the price these guys charge and 10times better than this property.
The property manager was never available to discuss about this sort of service which they are providing us wasting all the money.
The breakfast is so bad that it would have been better if I vacated the room on Day 2 itself after this sort of experience
