The superior room we had taken was spacious and had a beautiful view. But the items provided ( tea bags, coffee powder, milk powder etc) could have been more generous. There were just enough for both of us to have one cup each!
The complimentary breakfast was substantial with a good spread of both Indian and continental items.
The service by the staff was excellent
The basement car park however was flooded with water although it wasn’t raining outside.

Stayed in Grand Estancia again this weekend. Rooms are both comfortable and elegant. The hotel has spacious parking where visitors could park their vehicle easy. So, the hotel always crowded with visitors and most of them are tourists from a different places. I really like it because the environment is warm and it offers a good service. Also the views from my room was very pretty facing the small hills of Salem. The hotel staffs are amiable, professional and they welcomed all of us with the wariness of their heart. They always smiled when they treat the guests. Besides, the food of the hotel's restaurant was delicious. I was pleased with all the dishes there. One of the important things about the hotel is the cost. It’s cheaper than the neighborhood comparable hotels' special room rates. In short, Grand Estancia is an amazing hotel and it’s a good choice for accommodating for visitors to Salem town.

Decent room perfect for a night's sleep on the Bangalore- Kochi highway. Room service was also good. Polite staff. Cons- The curtain in my room was broken. It wouldn't close and resulted in lack of privacy. The bathroom knob for shower was broken. Only the tap was working and was very inconvenient. Overall a good stay for the bucks you are paying if it's just for one night.

The hotel was all together good. The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff and room services were also good.

But the rooms are not well maintained from a 4 star standard perspective. The room altogether looked old. The hot water was not available when we checked in and had to wait almost an hour to get it fixed. In terms of cleanliness it was tidy.

This place is right beside the bypass road which is very convenient for a stop after a long drive.
They have a buffet and an a la carte restaurants which are really good, even though are a little pricey.
They have a lot of parking space and the staff is really welcoming and helpful.
I booked an executive room and it was pretty big for 2 guests. Rooms and furniture were old but overall they were well maintained

This was the first time I stayed here. This is by far the best place to stay in Salem.

The service staff were very friendly and helped answer any questions.
Their breakfast spread was extensive and had good variety.

Both their restaurant server delicious food,They server fresh tiffin items made to order at dinner time.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

right on Highway, travel from Bangalore and you would find it very attractive rest spot.

Great property located rite next to the highway but very quiet inside. The rooms either face the flyover or the mountains at the back.
The executive room was well spaced with all modern amenities and the bathroom was clean too.
While their food was great including their buffet, the service staff were a bit slow esp room service. They kept forgetting basic things like cutlery n tissues.
Overall a good place to spend the night and great value for money
