HOTEL HAJA PALACE A/C

Very poor amenities. they have AC. But no remote control. They have TV but no remote control. The prices are exorbitant. Toilet is just average. Too pricy. Better look for somewhere else

Very bad without any basic amenities. The hotel staff are rude, rooms are very expensive without even having a proper painting. Money motived guys who are ready to steal your all money. Never ever go to this hotel.

Very bad experience.Poor amenities (to be frank they don't even provide basic amenities.Rude with customer's. Old model TV with no remote to control, room not maintained properly. Room's are warm. Very Expensive also,for that price u can go for someother hotel and stay comfortably.

Worst hotel ever stayed in my life.
No towel
No water bottle
No blanket
No bath soap as compliment

No heater and Charged for Hot water.

Old damaged furniture, worst bed

Comfortable room with good ambiance and cost is ok. But can improve the quality of restroom.

If tre is an option for no star... That would have been the best option to describe this place.... It's was a mess so I asked room service to clean it and that person used a broom to clean the room and then used the same broom to clean the table.... and the room was actually good for one thing... as a home for more than a few insects... I do have the pictures of it.... So I requested a refund and wanted it cancelled.... But they denied and so I called 100 and showed it to them.... Then they refunded and asked us very politely to get the hell out and closed the door on us after striking the details I gave to their registry....
