Vinayaga Inn by Poppys - Ooty

No words to describe, close your eyes, just go for it. If you plan for Ooty, then Vinayaga Inn is the best in everything. Really value for money. Especially staffs. A huge respect to Mr. Mani (Not sure in name, while raining, he had help me by giving his own Umberalla; people will think its not a big deal, but nowadays, this mankind is missing everywhere, so am mentioning here this) everyone is awesome. And about food, its very tasty. But only minimum dishes are there; also slightly costly. I have stayed there for 3 days (i.e., 7th July to 10th July; Room no). A very near to a Botanical garden. Rooms are neat and clean, as i said at earlier, close your eyes, just go for it. Thank you so much Vinayaga Inn and Goibibo for best hotels and safe stay for families. Highly recommended for families for safe and clean stay.

we booked 2 rooms only which are interconnected. Rooms are neat and clean. 24 hrs water supply. They have the restaurant which is slightly expensive, the quality and taste are good. 10 mins walkable from charing cross, 2 mins walkable from botanical garden. they have underground parking. overall the stay is very comfortable. staffs behaviour is nice.

The rooms were neat and clean.....24 Hours of hot water supply...... WiFi available.....total rating 9/10.

We enjoyed our stay for 4 days 14-17 Sep. Excellent service from all staff starting from Manager to Room boys. Spacious, neat & clean rooms. Restaurant Food is very tasty & delicious. Buffet breakfast is awesome. In all respect our stay is memorable. Will come again. Certainly we will recommend to my friends.

Good rooms in ooty and clean too with amenities. Restaurant food is ok with quantity and quality.
The service is fast but they mess up the orders big time! Also what you order is not available, they say today is a buffet is we give only what's in it 👎They need to be trained, good intentioned people, but not trained. The car park is a little away, but not a problem.

No proper services at hotel. Staff nt cordial n helpful. Worst stay suffered a lot. No value for money

Good clean rooms. I noticed a little mismanagement. At the time when you are at the restaurant eating food, a staff member will come and ask you your room number. It is fine if they ask you once. Every random staff member will come and ask you. It is so irritating.

Good location, decent property but poor rooms. Check pics. Don't take MAP tour plans as the hotel doesn't offer ñ dinner as part of it.
