Stayed in the club room , Centrally located and convenient with everything in close proximity. Room is quite spacious for a family of 4 and the stay was quite comfortable. Special mention on buffet breakfast which was scrumptious and huge. Hospitality by staff is commendable.

Had a nice experience. Just few minutes from the new bus stand. The rooms was neat and had all the amenities. If you are a morning eater then you will enjoy their buffet breakfast, it had all the varieties and taste was also good. The staff were also helpful.

Facilities are good. Swimming pool is good too. The only catch is that you have to refrain from eating in their restaurant, else you have to pay exorbitant costs.
The same food item if served to your room is billed lesser than that you eat at their own restaurant, Ex. Tea served at ur room costs Rs 68 vs Rs.180 for the same tea served in their restaurant.

Pleasant stay. Rooms were very clean and aesthetic. Toiletries in the bathroom were good. The tea made from teabags had both flavor & strength. The staff expressed very good courtesy. They accommodated 8.00 pm check in and 4.30 pm check out the next day as per my train schedule.

If you are booking on line it's a great place but if you are booking with hotel they will quote one rate over phone but while billing they will charge exorbitant amount. Food service is worst. They serve putting their finger in the food. Their room service dnt understand simple English. Worst place.

pls stay away from the pool.. i have asked multiple times if its clean.. they told its regularly cleaned and maintained.. but myself and my daughter who entered the pool for less than 5 mts developed severe allergy and rashes ..my daughter started crying like anything and the whole evening my husband was trying to get the emergency medicine for her.. i cant even imagine how this is a 4 star hotel.. coz after i informed also they dint care.. very poor

Apart from luxury , Hotel Cenneys gateway turned out to be my second home in these past 5 years...This tym, my short trip almost went in a wink of the eye...but the hospitality provided by the entire fraternity deserves a special mention ...especially the lipsmacking breakfast provided at an unusual hour ...which helped me attend my postgraduate entrance exam at the appropriate time..... Last but not the least , Kudos to Ms.Deepika mam for her sweet gesture in giving me complimentary gift as well as making my short and stressful trip so memorable !!!! 💓
