The property is well built, with high quality furnishings and fit out. Service is excellent. A bit overpriced, but well worth it. Pleasant room, good air-conditioning. First floor but no wheelchair access.
The restaurant is tastefully but food and beverage, not upto scratch.

Could improve cleanliness... The bathroom room pipes were damaged. No room freshner was applied. There was heavy cigrette smell at the lobby n lift.

A very badly maintained hotel. Reception looks like a local lodge.Very unprofessionally managed. Bathroom stinks. Dirty mirror. broken flush. Furniture in the room are not cleaned at all. Wifi available only in the reception area. No elevator. a Very big Restaurant with no customer. Air conditioner is insufficient for the room. And exorbitantly priced for Pudukottai.
Overall, a very bad experience...

Location is an advantage. Facilities good. But inside a cinema building. Access cumbersome. Though hotel is at first floor, there is NO LIFT. One needs to climb two floors from parking. Not enough staff to support.

I have booked it but not stayed as LIFT facility is not available. Senior citizens having knee pain cannot stay. Neatness in Rooms Also to be improved.
The restaurant is tastefully but food and beverage, not upto scratch.
