Post covid , the basic amenities like towel ,bed spread are not provided, as we need to insist for it, organizing cab through them is not to the quality expected standard.

The Booking was Easy as Rooms was Available when we Visited, Online there were mixed Reviews with Hesitation we decided to visit the Hotel To Our Fortune it's on the Good Side, Starting with the Car Parking, Lift, The Bed, Tv, Room Cleanliness, Pillows, Powerful A/c , Hygienic Bathroom, Hot and Cold Water, Water Pressure, Room Service, Everything was Nice, Both Veg and Non- Veg Hotels (Restaurants) Was Located inside the Campus, And It's A Walkable distance from the Bus Stand ( If you are visiting Sivakasi by Bus).

Nice place for vegetarian. But need more care for food. Dosa Batter was little sour and coffee was not enough hot. Otherwise food is o.k.

Very Worst Customer Service. I booked room for 30th August and 24hrs check out 7.30 Am.
I gave the key to the representatives on 30th August by 10.00 am and ibwent for business activity, Unfortunately i traveled a long business trip and unexpected heavy rain and i came to hotel by 2.00 am in the early morning of 31st August, i Checked out by 9.30am.
Receptionist said it will be charged 2days rental charge and when i requested him to do for 1 day rental and i can pay extra hours by calculating the hours spent extra. He started yelling and was misbehaving in front of other people.
I spoke to their manage but he didn't help. Never ever book this hotel. Try the next hotel which is new. I mistakenly booked and experienced the worst day.
I will not suggest anyone from City to book here.

USING SOLAR WATER HEATERS , NOT PROVIDED SEPARATE HEATERS IN BATH ROOMS
THREE - DAYS STAYED IN ROOM booked 10 rooms all rooms have same issuses
THERE IS NO HOT WATER CALLING ROOM SERVICE NO RESPONSE ............... SERVICE ALONE POOR

Room r very neat & clean... Service ok ... Location was very good ... while we r order tea coffee they r providing flask... They not providing towels... They r providing kit boxs inside oil ,soap, shampoo.. Elevator facility is not there only steps.. Conference hall was available...
