Decent Hotel with great hospitality. Ok for Family , but if you are going alone or with friends it's cheap and best

The taste is great sometimes maybe because of educated chef I guess. But that too not consistent. Same great dish on a day might be worse the next time. Price is very high and it’s not affordable by everyone. The quantity for the price is very low making the place too costly. The service is friendly.

A little bit difficult in local transportation, please don't eat at their hotel It's kinda not good. Everything else is good.

Staff's behaviour is very bad
Each and every service telling lies , in a very bad experience
Collecting GST but they do not give the invoice or the payment receipt when we ask simply they replied we will send through Email.
But they won't send ,..it's an example.of their service .

Decent rooms,neat and clean. Very supportive staffs especially anna Lakshmi. Food was quite expensive. Very good atmosphere overall.

Gone to Hotel alwin for a team get together at roof top restaurant. Roof top restaurant not available for all whereas they can book for private parties and family functions, ambience is very good and we enjoyed a lot

Very Bad experience over room stayed with family. Very disappointed 😞. They need to step up to gain customer trust.

There is hotel with rooms and the rooms were good but cost vise very high and food is trash and expensive a grill cheese sandwich cost 270₹ and has onion, tomato, slice cheese and two bit piece of chicken grilled and 1set poori 100 rs with full oil and butler says that for bread omlet, there is only omlet no bread how sensible I would suggest to never visit that trash place
