Will definitely recommend this olace for a Comfortable place to stay in Thanjavoor the view is a canal with full of water. the best part is its closer to the Big Temple. the breakfast here is v-good dont miss the filter coffee. A big Thankyou for the staff who made our stay comfortable for sure we will come back..

Tired old hotel. Intermittent hot water for the showers, only seemed available in the mornings. Extremely hard mattresses, pillows smelled bad, old towels. Laundry returned to me completely wet through-I was told they had no drier in the hotel and because there was no sunshine they couldn't dry the clothes. Reasonably clean rooms though. Staff quite pleasant. Decent food in restaurant. Overall would not go back.

Rooms are clean. Staff is polite. Food is average. Restaurant's beers is drinkable. Unreliable wakeup call. Almost no hot water. In my room, we had a weird shower where the water came out of 2 slits out of the shower head. No room safe. Internet was horrible. Beds superhard but not too bad. In my room, even picking up airtel cell service for internet was so-so. Aircon was effective though.

Worst hotel ever . Lizards 🦎 were everywhere in the rooms. Old hotel U agree but too much dirty.
Especially the food they charge you 300 for crispy vrg but they will give you only cabbage 🥬 fried

Very elegant and comfortable hotel experience.
The room was clean, well maintained, with comfortable bedding with a good view.

The restaurant was very big and a variety of food was available to order. The food was tasty and good in quantity. The ambiance was really good to admire with in built fountain inside and outside of the restaurant.

Their swimming pool design, the surround greenery, little fountain in the pool, and stool in the pool had given us a really amazing experience.
It was a very photogenic property. Few of the rooms have other door opening towards pool to give luxury experience. Everyone in our group loved the stay.
The Grand Anicut canal was just opposite the hotel front gate, one could take morning and evening walk there to admire the beauty.

This is a good hotel in Tanjavur. Rooms are neat and maintained well. They gave a good complementary breakfast. Location is very nice. During our stay bathroom drainage blocked and staffs are unable to rectify it. some how we managed and checked out.

Poor service and hygiene..
Booked for 3 days and checked out on second day..
1.leaking and noisy AC ...couldnt sleep whole night..all our luggage got wet because of the water leak from AC which became a pond by morning.
2.previous guests remains were still there in the room...BAD HOUSE KEEPING
3.Bathrooms were too dirty...had to wash it self before taking bath...FILTHY
4.On requesting for early checkout and refund....they demanded more money ....
5.Manager is never present there...also provides no assistance or help for any needs.
Absolutely waste of money and spoilt our beautiful trip to kumbakonam...

It’s an older hotel that’s run down but everything more or less is functional and the location is good. The woman at reception is very nice and professional. The man is not on the ball though. The pool is nice but could be cleaner. The garden area could be tidied up. They offer Ayurvedic massage by a lady with 19 years experience. There’s an ok restaurant. There’s WiFi throughout the hotel but it’s poor and constantly blinks out. I’ve found that extremely frustrating. When one night I called reception to complain that I couldn’t connect to wifi, instead of simply resetting the floor router, the guy sent *two* men up wanting to come into my room to verify my claim that it wasn’t working. That idiocy alone knocked a star off this review. The hotel provides all the toiletries you need, kettle and water, tea, coffee. Beds are on the hard side. When you book, ask for no room spray.
