This was the second time I stayed in this cottage..Room was neat and clean..Excellent customer service..The complimentary breakfast is the BEST..You can order food for both Lunch and Dinner and it will be ready on time..I prefer that you place the order for Lunch/Dinner in this cottage..If in need, the manager will arrange a CAB for you to visit the Falls/Temples/Boat ride/ garden and View point at a reasonable price. Overall its a great place to stay and have quality hygienic food and relax. Hope they continue this great service..My best wishes..

2 mins of walk from the bus stand, easily accessible. If you have a car then go for it.

Group of friends (9 people) went there for a weekend. We were given one dormitory and a room. The rooms were really clean and tidy, they gave toothbrush, soap, shampoo and neat towels. The cost is so affordable ( 10k for 2 days) including a delicious complementary breakfast. The owner of the property was kind and approachable. I strongly recommend for bachelors and family too.

Nice place and located nearby bus stand. Cleaned rooms and no problems to say. Morning breakfast as a compliment. Parking space is there. Heater 100% working condition. Cleaned bathrooms. Nice view from the hotel. All the places around the Kolli hills are around 10Kms only. Price 1500 per day/Non-Ac. If you are searching a hotel nearby bus stand means this hotel is a good choice.

One of the best stays on top of Kolli hills. The staff are very friendly and helpful (Abhishek in particular).
They have a variety of rooms for couples to large groups. We booked a triple occupancy room and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
The stay is budget friendly and is inclusive of a delicious complimentary breakfast.

The room is so clean. Never expected this place will be this good with budget friendly. If you're looking for a clean n good resort in kolli hills, i recommend this place highly. Extremely worth.
