Hotel Sanu International

Not sure if this place qualifies as an international hotel, i mean it doesn't not qualify up to international standards by any measure . The hotel is located in a prime place but it is let down big time by its upkeep and hygiene. We had checked out couple of rooms but found the cleaning was not good and noticed that the bathrooms were so dirty.. All the three rooms we had checked out. When questioned why the bathrooms were so unkempt they informed that they were doing some tile work.. It seemed odd access to an neat bathroom would be the reason why anyone would pay good money to stay in a hotel but not for Sanu "International"... One is better off staying in a lodge rather than shell out money here for the name.

The location is very good- right in the heart of the city. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms were very small. Food is okay. Would recommend this for 1 night stay .

This used to be a decent hotel for a one night pitstop in namakkal. It's now run down, dilapidated and downright terrible. The clowns at the reception Hate that you are making them work and show it too. Dirty, unclean and completely avoidable.

Hotel Sanu International located in the city center main road. The hotel is good to stay for the highway riders for a night also good for the business community. The reception staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room is also good but the worst part is the wash room/ toilets. Not cleaned properly as the closet and wash basin is old and scaled. Need to be replaced. The restaurant is good and the food taste is okay and reasonably priced. 2.3 km from salem Dindigul highway . Anjaneya Temple and the Fort temple is within 1.2 km from the hotel.

Worst staff behaviour especially damodar i came with my wife but he is treating me like i bought some other women i showed even my marriage photo but still he mis treated us so badly and also my wife very much hurted my wife felt very disappointed pls look after that management team worst staff damodar even we also showed our aadhar card

Its the most terrible & cheap quality hotel i stayed in my entire life. Only the name is International hotel nothing more than that. Worst behaviour of staffs & dirty washrooms , worst food etc etc & etc... Pls dont go to this hotel.

I regularly stay in this hotel with family. Staff are very well behaved & helpful. Room are always clean & hygiene is maintained. Good parking space in basement for 4-5 cars & also in the back of hotel. Restaurant also there. Will come again!

Had a terrible experience in my last 2 stays. The only positive to booking this hotel is its location, which will not even be considered in the future.
The service standards were abysmal, service staff and receptionists made it very clear that they weren’t interested to serve customers. They received our requests and feedback with an air of unhappiness. Had to wait for over an hour to have a staff deliver towels to my room. The manager was nowhere to be seen, and in the odd moment that we got to see him, he was reluctant to receive customer feedback.
You’d think that the amenities would justify a stay in this “hotel”, but I would think not. The water heater exists only for formality, it served no purpose for my elderly family members or myself in the cold climate. The wifi wasn’t helpful either.
If hygiene levels could reach a negative number, this “hotel” would probably be the first to get there. Stains on the bedsheet, dirty particles in the toilet, dust on all surfaces in the room, a bad stench in the closet are just some of the flaws, all of which we noticed when we first entered the room upon check-in.
If Google allowed a rating below 1 star, that would still be more than generous for this “hotel”.
Simply put, you would be cheated out of your money, if you booked a room here.
Absolutely terrible experience.
