This hotel in Madurai rocks. Perfect stay for families. Spoke to Mr. Mani who was very supportive in getting us the desired rooms. The Heritage Room we occupied had a great ambience. Loved the way Swimming Coach Denny engaged the kids in swimming pool. All positives about this hotel. Just go for it. Only suggestion is that people should directly get in touch with hotel for their booking as it is more reasonable compared to what is offered through various sites.

A new hotel with very modern look and facilities. Good service. The front desk manager is a very friendly and cordial person and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The food is excellent with a wide spread for vegetarians like us. Our overall experience has been very good and I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed here in October 2022 for 2 nights and our experience was great. The staff was warm and friendly, especially to our toddler. They accommodated many of our requests. The rooms are quiet and cool. The restaurant has excellent food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is my go-to place in Madurai from now on.

We came here for a family event - engagement. Stayed for a day.
Rooms were quite spacious and clean.
They offer complimentary breakfast. Good in taste with numerous options - both veg and non veg.
We also had buffet lunch as part of our event - it also tasted yummy with less salt and spices.
The hotel also has swimming pool., though we did not have much time to dive in.
Overall, a very good experience here

The hotel is accessible and located centrally. I stayed in there executive room for a night. The executive room is spacious for two people. It had clean bathroom with all toiletries. The room was clean with fresh linen. Staff was polite and humble. The restaurant served good quality food. We took their buffet at 750+tax per person and it was worth every penny. Given an opportunity, i would like to stay at the hotel again whenever i visit madurai next.
Happy customer😊

Stayed at the hotel during a recent visit to Madurai. Checked into the executive room and was surprised to see the arrangements. I had not noticed the spacing description while booking which mentioned two spaces and was pleasantly surprised to see a foyer attached to the room. The foyer had TV and lounging chairs as well as a small side table where food can be served. The bedroom was large spacious and had a large french window which offers an outside view. The floor was wood panelled. The room had an ample cupboard, side stands for luggage, side tables to keep your essentials. The bathroom was large, separate shower area.
There is also ample space for parking your vehicle.

I would rate the accommodation a five star for its cleanliness and comfort.
The service provided was also excellent with the personnel managing the front desk helping out with their suggestions to move around the pilgrimage and tourist spots within the extremely crowded city limits.
The house keeping was excellent with the room always tidied up while you come back after a day out. The car park is always full but they have enough men servicing the area to guide your vehicles to the available slots. They also offer valet parking.

The location was I believe to one end of the city but it is easily accessible from all corners of the city.

The restaurant services were good but I would give a four star for the food. Since we moved around a bit in the city we could find places which served tastier fare though the food here was by no means bad. They also provide a complimentary breakfast which is pretty good.

The overall experience at the hotel was extremely satisfying.
I could only find three lapses to point out to the authorities.
The shower cubicle is not water tight and hence leaves the entire bathroom floor wet after a shower.
There were no full length mirrors anywhere in these rooms or for that matter even in the common areas of the hotel. This is very essential for ladies who opt to wear sarees.
The hand wash area attached to the restaurant did not reach up to my cleanliness standards. I would give only a three star for this space as I found it quite neglected and soiled.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madurai and would personally come back if I am revisiting the city.
