We rented 2 AC rooms for 1 night, for six people(1 paid additional person per room). 1. Toilet was not clean, presented with disgusting sight of floating excretory. 2. Fresh towels were not given at first, then gave two towels for one room, second room didn't get towels at all, goodness he had our personal ones. 3. We had kids with us as they moved from room to room we too did, hotel staffs kept calling us yelling not more than 3 allowed in a room (even after explaining multiple times the reason and proving that we are 6 in 2 rooms). It was absolutely irritating to see them forcing guest to go by books but they didn't even clean toilet :-@ 4. AC didn't work in one of the rooms for 3 hours. 5. There is balcony which gives view of abandoned building (yuk). It is seperated from room by sort of glass French window which does not lock!! Major major security issue. We had to pretend nothing bad will happen. 6. Lift is there but staffs simply prevented us from using it saying your room is in first floor! How do I explain that to my dad's knees? 7. No restaurant inside 8. They had smart lock instead of old school lock n key, that was the only thing gave us good impression. But soon we wanted to use toilet and read 1.

Horrible experience. No point blaming the reception staff. They are not well trained. Absolutely worst customer friendly. I stayed for 5 days. only two days the rooms were cleaned that too after yelling at them. The quilt is horrible. They levy 100 rupees for service charge for giving worst service. Asked why they said they have put Tatasky. Above all when asked to talk to the owner, they bluntly refused to give the number which is very bad. The owner should be approachable and customer friendly. Never stay here. You will loose your peace of mind. NO STAR

Nice place but no good service, if you want to stay few days then everyday basis , you have to pay the bill. They won't bother any requests you made. No common sense or proper service to customers... toilets very striking..dirty.. never seen such type of service anywhere

Rooms are decent but too costly for the price range. Only thing is it's very near the bus stand and car parking available for the building.

Worst hotel in entire Pudukkottai. Dirty towels provided. Dirty bedsheets given even during this COVID situation. Smelly room with dust all over the room. Worst maintained toilets . No remote provided for the air conditioner even during this peak summer .(Receptionist said it's management's decision to hide all remotes!) Rude front office staff. No room service staff . I never saw this kind of management in the competitive field of Hospitality.
