Hotel Silver Fir

Decent rooms. Good customer support. They cook good food too. Dedicated smoking zone. No garage to park cars or motorcycles.

Stayed there for 1 day. Service is very good and they are constantly trying to make it better. And every people (literally everybody) are trying their best to make our toor a good one. Food is homely and it's in one word -awesome , they will make you feel at home.
I hope you will also feel same and before leaving tell them about their problems or their good things so that they can work on them..

Excellent staff I think best in whole sikkim. Booked through aajkal publication. We have kids along with us so we need hot water to drink and milk. They provide all. Ravangla police station is just beside the hotel. Small market is just near the hotel.

If you are thinking to halt on this hotel,I will suggest don't do this.Total waste of money.Rooms are too much small,bed smell coming out of the rooms,water heater not working properly and behaviour of manager is very rude.Food quality is not good and totally unhygenic place.

Worst service ever,the gyser don't work at all even the food quality was so poor,i just skipped my diner tonight,they denied to gave us roti in the breakfast, I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone

Best hotel in a low budget. Very good food .
You should stay there if you're going to Ravangla.

Most horrible and pathetic place we have ever been to.

Rooms are dirty. Space is insufficient for a average height person to sleep in bed as my legs were out of the bed while I slept in bed at night. Light is even insufficient as there was only one light. Bathroom window is not properly closed. Blankets are very much dirty and very much smelly and it seems blankets were not cleaned for last one year. There is no one for room service. Food quality is very poor. We were served cold tea from this hotel and the person serving tea was not eager to serve it in proper cup as it was served in a paper cup.
