So much mosquito in hotel room 5.There is no responsible person in this hotel. All staff looks like children, even some of them are not 18+ as well 6.All Essentials are so smelling 7.Morning breakfast is having only Paratha 8.Food quality is very bad 9. Room was diffuse when we reached. when we asked for arrange the room then one of them member came after 1 hour and set the TV and tea cattle. 10. Super deluxe room looks like a Dharamshala room. 11. Mineral water was not available for Super Deluxe room.
One of my suggestion to a couple please don't go there if you want to spend a good time.

Few hundred feet downhill from upper selling taxi stand and market. Good to see Himalayan peaks. Rooms are large. Clean and odourless toilets. They give kettle and tea/coffee. Restaurant is there. Fairly good food and price is reasonable. Try to avoid their travel assistance. It may be more costly (they claim to overcharge 5-10%, but actually it id 20% or more) and they may not find the best (or appropriate) car/driver.

This hotel is situated little far like 1 and half kn from town. Abd road is also isolated. They have got very attentive and friendly staff, which makes you feel really comfortable to stay in the hotel. Food quality is good. Delux rooms have very good view and Kanchanjanga can be seen from bilcony. Room has less privacy.

Nice place to stay. All necessary arrangements were there considering cold weather. Service was really good. People were helpful. Nice Kanchenjunga view from hotel terrace.

Room size is good, but room condition is not good, bathroom is clean and always available hot water. stuff behaviour not very good, i found almost 5 big spider in my room.

Room bad, blanket bad, odour of socks, location good. The blanket was not changed till requested several times. Service boys are trying to serve guests, but failed. Fried rice and chilli chicken was so bad to taste. Bad service.
