Jain Group Hotel Sonamchen

It was an awesome stay with good hospitality from staff members(all staff were nice, humble and mostly grounded). Rooms are regularly cleaned and good hygiene was maintained. Most important, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Mr. Sudhakar (staff) saved us from the tension of searching for vehicle for sightseeing and was really helpful in making our stay easier.

Our hosts were kindhearted. The room was supremely comfortable. The accommodations were immaculate. If this was a Yelp review, one might assume I was talking about a recent stay at an upscale hotel . But, no — it was your home! Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful stay when we needed it.

location is very good and with cost wise perfect to stay. i surely recommend this hotel with book as hill view side room. food also good specially pure vegetarian people must book this hotel as good option. only need to improve staff behaviour and service somewhat by hotel management.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff and great service. Amazing view of the Kanchenjunga can be enjoyed directly from the bed. You must book the rooms with 'hill view'. A big play ground is situated in front of the hotel. Parking available. Pure veg hotel but you can bring non-veg meal from outside.

I stayed here on 21st & 22nd Jul, 22. Receptionist called me in the evening itself to confirm if I will have dinner, so that it can be arranged. They even called me for my whereabouts as I was late to reach there. I had been allotted Kanchenjunga view luxury room as it was available, although I booked a base level room. Staff behaviour was very nice & kind. A very good hotel & pleasant stay.

The stay at the hotel was great. We stayed for 1 night but it will be a lifetime memory. We took hill view balcony rooms and it was worthy. We got kanchanjunga view from our bed which was so relaxing. The hotel staff was very cooperative and friendly. Receptionist dermith to the restaurant manager to the door boy everyone was very helpful. Food was also good.

This was the best hotel I stayed in my whole Sikkim trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were all new. Bed was large and comfortable. I recommend the balcony view room. It's really a fantastic view of Kanchendzonga.
Subhadip and all the staff were really nice. You can also get a room heater to make things cozy.
They have a buffet with nice options. Room service. Taxi service. Good good.

The staff were extremely kind and courteous. The location of the hotel is the most balanced one. The rooms offer private balconies with incredible kanchenjunga view. Food was decent as well at reasonable prices. Overall very happy to have chosen Sonamchen
