OYO 8719 Hotel Deep Residency

worst hotel ever in my make my trip life. the manager don't know how to behave. only money matters for them. he behaved us just like aliens as we booked through MMT. he called his assistant to provide the specific low quality room for us as we booked through MMT. we stayed there for 3 days. they even did not pay any attention to us.no towel, no soap ,no room service, no cleaning ,no TV CONNECTION though we requested several times. the room floor were so dirty that u better use your slippers.
I even dare the manager to upload the dirty pics of hotel room .instead of worring he laughed and advised us to take his photograph and upload.

horrible situation.
friends never book this.
and MMT please do not add such hotels if you want to retain your value and customer.

Never go to this place. Rooms are very dirty. They don't even clean the room after telling them several times.. bed bugs are also there. I got bitten by bed bugs.. horrible experience.. i will never recommend anyone.. please don't go anyone..

The worst hotel I have ever visited!! Experienced Very rude behavior from staff..

When me and my friend booked this hotel from oyo and paid through online. And reached this hotel at 10pm and they said we won’t accept any visitors if they paid online and asked us to book another hotel or give complaint to OYO.. this discussion went till 11pm and we booked another hotel.. while this is happening other two visitors faced the same problem..

Please please avoid this hotel!! Horrible it is.

Rude impertinent manager. Awful room service. Were asked to vacate the room although the booking was made for two days, we had to shift by the end of day one.

Your deserving nothing. Very very poor and third class room having number of cocruches.
No any kind of service level. Recently today 16.5.19 I am continue in this third class staying place on 3rd day, they have no practice even clean systeem, how we think about cleaning of rooms.
Pl don't enquire such third class staying. They said 3 star hotel. I paid in advance for 3days, so I have no option .

It's a good hotel to stay when visiting Gangtok. Near Deorali Taxi stand. Hotel staff if good. If you are looking to travel to near by places like Nathula, Baba Mandir, these guys will help you out to get the required documents and arranging the vehicle.

Very bad service even they doesn't do mopping every day only one breakfast which is poori sabji and even only one fruit in fruit salad which is also finished after 5 min. Bedshits are too dirty and even they doesn't care of your room and bathroom are too dirty

Horrible hotel, unhygienic room and toilet, kitchen very dirty. Sufocating place. Dirty pillow and bed sheets.
Staff is good
