OYO 3582 Kai Fu Khim Residency

Though I stayed in this hotel on recommendation of family friends, I feel it was a gud suggestion by them. Though hotel seems to be far from main market, it is approachable easily by shared taxis as well as reserved taxi.
Hotel staff is marvellous. They make extra efforts to make you feel comfortable.
Owner Mr Roshan ensured that we are comfortable.
Food is tasty.
Overall stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Will definitely stay again here during next visits.

I have stayed in many hotels all across India and I rate my experience here as amongst top few.

Location is around 1.2KM from MG MERG. This hotel is located in the lap of beautiful hilly area. We had allotted room in 3rd floor and having a good view. Room - Well decorated and good. Bathroom - Clean. Housekeeping - They clean room every day. Hotel Staff - Soft spoken and very well behaved with family like hospitality. Food - Good test. Room service - Good. Manager - Very friendly and always ready for help. I knew him when he was at Changlo chen hotel in Gangtok. Wify - Not good. -ve point - May not be suitable for old age people as need to cover many starecase to reach to 2nd floor.

It was an awesome stay. Brilliant people Brilliant Management. Excellent in cleanliness. 100% value for money. The owner, manager, receptionist everybody is very helpful in each matter. The staff really took good care of all of us. anything asked at any moment was served and done. In Gangtok its a great place to stay. Nice view from hotel room.

I stayed in this hotel with my mother, wife, daughter and two sons for three nights. They were cordial, very keen about our hospitality, comfortable stay and taken care personally. The cozy rooms, clean and hygienic. Excellent service and location. the staffs were very friendly, responsiveness and helped us with every thing. After visiting of this hotel, every one definitely recommend to other person also.

Pros:Rooms are nice. Bedsheets and other provided stuffs were clean. Value for money.
Cons: Location of hotel is approx 4 km from MG Marg. You have to pay 150-200 for taxi for going to MG Marg.
Toilet seat in one of the rooms (Room no.104) is just behind the pillar. Further, the flush was not working. We made complaint of the same, however, it was not repaired. Also, hand shower was not working. No head shower available. So kindly check bathroom of this room before checkin.

The other room was good and there is no such issue.

Very bad experience with this hotel. We got the bookings through Fantasy holidays travel agency. We were 6 couples together. After we got to the hotel rooms, we saw the rooms were dirty, bathroom tap broken, water were leaking, lights of the bedroom were not working, asked the staffs to repair it, they repaired the tap somehow but didn't care to repair the lights, our tour package consisted of lunch but at the time of lunch there were no sufficient food, when we said that to the manager he was started shouting & telling us that it was our fault that we had taken long time for sight-scene that is why lunch, dinner got short. The manager didn't even flinch that we hadn't had sufficient food for 2 days of our staying.
Shame on him & on Fantasy holiday travel agency.

It was awesome experience. Manager and all staffs are very polite and helpful. Hygiene and Good quality Food/Meal/Breakfast had provided. Thanks to all of them. I was very happy for their service.If I will visit to Sikkim then my first choice will be this Hotel- Kai Fu Khim👍

Not suitable for tourist. We had to follow lots of rules like coming back by 10:30pm, no parking etc.
