Food was tasty , but hotel staff was having lot of communication issues . 1 out of 3 rooms that we have stayed , that rooms was having lot of issues , no water pressure , no hot water, we ordered french fries ,it took 2 hrs to prepare that. After that we came to know they delivered our order to another room.
Staff was busy in to taking photo graphs of other customers , only 1 waiter was available at roof top cafeteria. Hopeless behavior, of waiters . We asked for tea while having breakfast as tea was not available , when told to staff they said they will give it , but no cared and they busy in to taking each other
It was really not expected .
Over all we would say that lot of service issues.

Recently I have been to Grand Xenia. It was really an amazing experience. The view is very great. Rooms were very clean and equipped with all the necessary gadgets.

It was an awesome experience right from the Check in to Check Out.All Amenities were provided.Food was great. they have two restaurants one on the ground floor and other on rooftop.Staff was vry well behaved, friendly and responsive including girls who served us dinner and breakfast.Overall i would recomend who visit ajmer with family should stay here. but u have to take auto/cab to reach dargah which takes 10 minutes.

Well spread complex and nice set up , but parking facilities are poor and the adjoining hired ground is not leveled, besides very dusty. Road leading to the hotel is single road as well as crowded. Severe problems n traffic jams in wedding season.

It looked like the crew was completely new, but they were polite. They had no idea what they have and what they don't. They didn't even provide a vale to haul the lagguage saying they have some meetings going on and everybody were busy.

Winters are pretty harsh in north india, I was shocked to hear no heater facility in the room. I had requested politely at first to provide one as we had young kids with us and finally lost my patience and had to yell at then when even at 10 in the night, it was not provided. Finally room heater arrived at 10:30 pm. Family Rooms are quite big. But it lacks basic room amenities, no hair drier, no bucket and mug, no bathroom mats, no complimentary water bottles. Bathrooms were clean but very smelly. Might be plumbing problem. Furniture were prety average with the bed being provided were a sofa cum bed with coir foam mattress. We stayed in room 501. Would rate 1 stars for the room

The Restaurant is in 7th floor, it's an open restaurant with a beautiful night ambiance. Awesome part was they have overhead heater on the table that was an experience by itself in the winter. Unfortunately, it was ruined by a rat 🐀 running around. Finally, we had to ditch the ambiance move inside. The interior of the inner restaurant was average with 4 tables with a bar. Pretty average for 3 star hotel. Would rate 2 stars for the shear negligence of not having done pest control. Food was good.

Breakfast is provided at the banquet hall, nice ambiance with a view of the garden, preety good verity of breakfast options were there. There was no live counter, though. Would rate 3 stars for break fast.

Lastly, when we were conversing with our driver, we got to know that he had face difficulties due to no facilities being provided for drivers for getting freshened up at the hotel.

This hotel is classified as a 3-star hotel, but I would not rate it more than 1 and half stars. Overall, we stayed for one night and found somany flaws. The management and staff need to improve their quality of service for gaining 3 stars, I feel.

The hotel was good and the tariff was also fine. The only problem was that in some cases it looked like some facilities are unkept or not taken care of properly. In my second visit, the taps were actually throwing water which I feel would be known to the housekeeping but wouldn't have been forwarded. Rest I have no idea. Their front desk person *Rimaya* was too good, humble and prompt. He was actually one of the reasons for my second visit.
The breakfast was very good. But they made me irritated with their questions of checking out timings which was told to them but one call from reception, then the house keeping person, then another call from reception although I checked out at 11:00 and was supposed to do that as I had to travel ahead.
All in all a good experience and value for money.
