Location is good adjacent to railway station and staff is very cooperative specially Banaa Ji reception manager is very supportive
So lovely stay alway prefer to stay here as a business travellers

Room is neet and clean, food is good, right in front of kota railway station, but overall there are some shortcomings of a standard hotel.
One day it was difficult to get hot water, due to non-working lift, I had to take my luggage from the 4th floor while checking out.
The gust management needs to be improved

Excellent rooms as compared to price. Very good staff behaviour. Very near to Kota Junction railway station. Loved the vibe. The noise level is bit high as lot of vehicles commutes to and fro railway station but this is the problem of all the hotels nearby and hotels cannot do much about it. Overall a very good staff experience.
