Hotel The Balam

I stayed here for 1 day with my family. Rooms were spacious. Tea was good. Service was good, like the stuff was courteous. Rooms were clean and tidy. Mattress was not good, got back pain. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement if they are coming into a 3 star category.

Well Built, Very Poorly Maintained and Worst Staff.

The hotel was very well designed and beautiful.

However the maintenance and staff is very bad.

We dint get a help with our luggage when we arrived.

The Floor Bed given was very cheap and thin.

The Kettle was not cleaned after previous use.

The towels where torn.

Blankets where torn.

There was power failure at night with no backup for even fan.

The coffee we had in the morning was one of the worst we ever had.

The bed linen had severe stains.

Being a hotelier its very bad to see a wonderfully designed and built property been ruined like this.

After complaining in the reception his reply was funny, " We will take care of these in the next time. As if we are going to return again. The reception staff in the morning was very unpleasing and not fit to be in the chair.

Excellent place of stay and great service. Food quality is awesome. Even they provided me roti & milk 2/3 times when I asked during breakfast and dinner.
I liked the sugarcane juice centre near to the hotel.Panipuri vendor was also awesome. great place to enjoy . Location is also good. Auto are available for city frequently.

Nice hotel with good staff and ambience. Food was good and room was neat, clean and spacious. Hotel is in outskirts of the city few taxi drivers will not agree to come or ask more to drop or pickup. If you ask the receptionist they will make arrangements for pick up or drop.

Undoubtedly one of the best place to stay with good dinner and breakfast options. Clean rooms, friendly staffs.

1 star reduced as hot water on taps isnt satisfactory. If they can improve on this, they will meet more happier Customers.

Rooms were clean. Good staff service. Better breakfast variety can be done. Hotel rooms need to be equipped with more basic facilities, ex hair dryer, tissue paper, & more toiletries. Overall enjoyed our stay here👍

Experience was amazing. Rooms are very clean and food quality is best. You can try anything that will surely have good taste and you wont be dispointed.
I had one stay here but after traveling Jaisalmer we booked another stay in this hotel. Vibes are good so definitely recommended. Service is also good, go for it.

We stayed here for 2 days and from food and cleanliness to helpful staff - their hospitality was great. They even helped us decorate one of our rooms for a surprise event for a couple to celebrate their anniversary & suggested a good bakery to get our cake. Great place.
