Beautiful Hotel decoration and rooftop. Great for photos as it looks vintage. Food was also good. However we went in August and there was no hot water available for bath. Upon request we got 1 bucket hot water for 4 people staying in 2 rooms. They also have taxi services and had a good experience with cab too. Location was also good for family stay.

Both of our rooms were having water/seepage issue on the walls.

Was asked to pay for the entire stay during check-in, however Dinner bills were asked during checkout only.

The best hotel I've been to on India! It's not expensive but so great! The rooftop cofe has wonderful views! And the ffod is also very tasty! The personal is quite polite and you can ask them if u need any help. And is also is near the Railway station and places of sightseeing!

After going through Google Reviews and ratings we booked room in this hotel. We are regretting for believing Google reviews and ratings. We had worst experience. No 24 hours hot water. We stayed for 3 days. Rooms not cleaned, no towel supplied, no soaps supplied on daily basis. And beds are of cheap quality...so hot..i could not sleep at all finally i had to sleep on floor to get sleep. On asking about room service and all ...the owners response was " you dint give key, so we dint clean",as if he dint have spare key. Rent they charged around 2.1k and for this rate you get hotels with better facilities n better location. I request Google reviewers not to promote such hotels where tourists face problems. Owner is very rude and not customer friendly. No service you get here in time so be cautious before stepping into this hotel. And ha..Don't be fooled by the wall paintings...its only a gimmick to attract poor tourists Ike you.I sincerely request agoda, goibibo, trip advisor not to include this hotel in your list, because it lowers your authenticity.

Overall a good stay for budget

Superb budget hotel to stay in Jaipur. The staff is supportive and professional. Rooms are clean and airy. Washrooms are well designed and kept clean. The ambience and interior of hotel is traditionally beautiful and you can have good photo zones to click. The roof top is worth visiting and you can order food if you dont mind the high charges (its better to eat out if you dont want expensive food bills)

I have booked it for 3 person .Never book the hotel. No drinking water bottle facilities. One Rs 5/- soap inside washroom. Owner attitude was amazing. We reached there and they told us room was not yet vacant. We waited there and in rules they have check out time 11 am on documents.

This is a really lovely hotel. Everywhere is clean and the rooms are beautifully decorated. We loved the interesting lampshades and decoration on the walls and ceilings. The bathrooms are beautiful. The bed was very comfortable too. Owner is very polite and supportive. Reception staff is very accommodating for any requests. The food that we ordered for room service was good and meet our expectations. The rooftop restaurant is a lovely place to sit and relax and drink tea. There is a great view over the city. Manager is very helpful and supportive. It’s a family place. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Haveli location is near bus stand and old pink city sight seeing are not very far from here. We really enjoyed our stay.
