Looks good from outside. But the room we stayed in bathroom and toilet not in good condition at all. Do not look like 3 Star hotel at all. We checked out late one and a half hours although we informed manager that we will check out late but still he charged us for half day rather than charging is late hourly rates. I understand as per manager that he is charging us as per rules but where were the rules when they give us old messy rooms and toilets and bathrooms. Some of the staff were really helpful. Wont recommend staying at this place.. 👎

Hotel built in medieval haveli style. Elegant architecture and authentic antique feel of interiors. Also has open air restaurant on top floor terrace. Room service very good. Food tasty, price average. Room price fair around Rs 3000/- for AC room per day. Parking space for 2-3 cars inside and 3-4 more cars can be kept outside the front boundary wall. Good location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Well connected. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

While the rooms are spacious and the hotel itself is beautiful, it is overpriced. An additional service charge per room per night was levied at the time of our booking, but all of the additional services promised (coffee/tea in room, room service, etc) either weren’t there at all or took an inconveniently long time.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and we did feel like we could go to them with anything we needed. They helped us to book bus tickets (highly recommend) when the train station employees wasted a full hour of our time. The water is hot, the room is clean, there is nice natural light, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Overall we would stay again

Harsh and the team at Krishna Palace take excellent care to make you feel at home. Their place is absolutely beautiful, and the food is also good there as well. It is an experience not to be missed. It is such a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. You will not be disappointed.

Pls do not book this hotel through any online sites. Even if you cancel your bookings they are charging the payments from you payment mode. Be very careful with them. And especially through booking. Com... Refer my voucher which shows that booking is cancelled... But still they debited my card an amount of 5760 ...

Krishna Palace - beautifully restored and converted into a guest house, offering a unique and luxurious experience. The rooms were spacious and elegant, with high ceilings and antique furnishings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to make sure my stay was comfortable. The property is also located in a great area, with easy access to dining, and local attractions. I would highly recommend the Krishna Palace for anyone looking for a unique stay in Jaipur. Thank you for a memorable experience!"

Images on the booking websites were misleading. The rooms were overpriced as per the conditions they are in. Blankets were not clean. It's better to keep the curtains of the windows closed to avoid the beautiful view of garbage. Flush didn't work. We were upgraded to other room which was better. Good part, the staff were friendly and helpful. They lent us money when we needed change. Carried our bags and booked our car.

Pathetic experience. Everything looks good on pictures. The only good thing about the place is the staff and it's antique heritage look. But, don't get lured by the looks. The place is spooky as hell. We've experienced some weird activities at night. The building is under renovation and obviously shouldn't allow visitors to stay due to safety reasons. They don't even give a bottle of water to drink rather told us that only tap water is free. Shocking news for us indeed. Avoid this spooky, scarry, and no amenities place.
