Hotel is about 10 mints from city palace and railway station. It's good hotel with good service and hospitality. Rooms are neat and clean and good for family of 2. Hotel staffs are also good and they help in getting you any help you require like bike rental, early checkin etc. It also has in-house kitchen from where you can order food and also has a restaurant at ground floor. Overall experience was good.

Good hotel with good service and staffs. Hotel was very clean and hygienic. Situated 10-15 mints from station and city palace.
Hotel staffs are helpful and support in bike rental and all kind of amenities.

Rooms are in very bad condition no locks on door, damaged door, room was not clean when i reached there, after 10 min they clean the room, i requested for an another room but hotel staf denied to change, biggest problem was gyser not available in bathroom so unable to take bath specially in winter, tv was just a showpiece because set top box was not available.. Tubelight was hanging on wire. Staff behaviour was ok but not as trained staff.. Totally if we are paying for a comfortable room then we have much better options in the same area..

Very nice place for staying in udaipur and many more visitors place in udaipur city near by railway station and main Bus stand for private and rstc both bus service meet near by hotel Restaurants service is available in room service and nice food available good staff hot water 24 hours in room and tea coffee available

I have ordered deluxe room but get classic room. Location is good and in hiuse restaurant food is also good. Also restaurants outside the hotels are good.

The behaviour of the staff is very rude and always non cooperative. Provided dirty and old bedsheets/towels and when I told to change them the reply was that bedsheet was changed in today morning and other bedsheets/ towels are also in same condition.

Hotel was spacious, parking space available. Rooms are clean, service was also good just room bedsheets were not clean.
